Courteous, professional & quick service Brought my 2014 Forester in for an oil change & repair of a problem with the suspension. Problem with suspension was diagnosed quickly & the service department was able to make the necessary repairs immediately. The service tech advised that he work on my car exclusively and in order to get it out that afternoon. As a result, I was not without a vehicle overnight or into the following day. I greatly appreciated the attentive service; the efforts undertaken by the service rep & technician to fully explain what was wrong with my Forester; the prompt service; and especially the courtesy of the staff at Bryan Subaru. More

the car was given to me when it wasn't ready. The car was handed over to me as having been cleared buy the body shop. but there was a shortcut and the front driver side wheel well was not connec The car was handed over to me as having been cleared buy the body shop. but there was a shortcut and the front driver side wheel well was not connected to the front bumper and i was told it was. so i had it independently looked at and lo and behold, it wasn't right. so that makes me doubt the company's honesty. so no, i cannot and will not recommend you. More

nice but lacking People are pleasant, however, communication lacking and problem not resolved. After vehicle in service for about a month the problem I still there wit People are pleasant, however, communication lacking and problem not resolved. After vehicle in service for about a month the problem I still there with recommendation to use laptop, inverter, and droid phone in back seat to eliminate the radio/Bluetooth issues. Unit was replaced and still under warranty, but it is still locking up, changing stations, etc on it's own. Communication from Service Advisor too few an far in between to update on status. Car not cleaned when picked up even though when last spoke by phone the day of pick up was communicated. HUGE rental bill and problem nit handled. Very disappointed in SUBARU and will get rid of the car before going back to dealership. BUT employees were nice. More
