The 12v battery on my Avalon Hybrid failed. Unfortunately, the dealership did not have a replacement in stock (not a common battery). Justin got my car in and worked with the technician to get my exposed pillar wires recovered and fixed the same day. I brought the car in December and picked it up in January for an air conditioning syste get my exposed pillar wires recovered and fixed the same day. I brought the car in December and picked it up in January for an air conditioning system problem that they fixed, had to remove the dash. Couldn't tell that the pillars were not completely sealed from looking on the inside. Did not notice until I looked from the front of the car and I noticed the gaps. Service got the problem taking care of fast and I appreciate that. Amazing service. More
