I declined all three at 2:48 close the app out.. Was just waiting and on the phone. I go out and look at 3:35 and the truck is sitting there so I go back to check the app. It says it was finished at 2:48 PM. No one came to get me went up to the check in person and he told me to go to the desk and ask them.. went to desk where advisor was he apologized. But that really made me mad because I had several errands to run since I live out of town and that sent me back 30 to 35 minutes that I could’ve been further ahead. My time is just as important as your Time that’s not customer service and especially being on my first time to use Toyota. More
