I requested appointment with Ron B. and he was not there when I got there. The other person that helped me is not listed below. Also, Trevor in sales called ME to request to look at my car because he wanted to purchase. I texted Trevor and no reply. I called dealership and was told he was not there that day. When I picked up car I asked if he was there and Alex he said he didn't know him or any of the sales team. I believe it was Justin B. that spoke up and said he had seen him. Alex was not helpful in getting me connected to Trevor. I didn't reach out to Trevor; he reached out to me. I thought customer service was lacking all around on this visit.
