We brought our RV in to do ABS/cruise control work. We worked with Zach. Zach communicated with us regularly while our RV was there. He and his crew did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem, orderi worked with Zach. Zach communicated with us regularly while our RV was there. He and his crew did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem, ordering the necessary parts, and completing the job. Perhaps the best part of our experience, is that Zach did not over-promise as we have experienced at other repair facilities. He stated that "this is what we can do....here is our honest timeline". He met both! Thank you Zach and thank you Brown's Ford. It was worth the three hour drive! More

There was no "game playing", we got a fair offer on our trade, the purchase and lease options were presented to us. We made our decision, and drove away the next day in the F-150. I have found everyone to be polite, friendly and professional while being very helpful. During this difficult pandemic they have all been attentive to safety guidelines. During this most recent transaction they have gone out of their way to make sure I was happy and satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. More

2 1/2 oil change I made an appointment for an oil change. First, they tried to upsell a tire rotation (which should have been free based on the tire package we bought I made an appointment for an oil change. First, they tried to upsell a tire rotation (which should have been free based on the tire package we bought from them). Two hours go by so I go to check on my vehicle and was told that it was out of the garage and must be in the wash bay, it will be just a minute. 20 more minutes go by and my car is "ready". They try to tell me my battery needs up be changed (I just replaced this battery 3 weeks ago). When I told them this they asked if it was through them (it wasn't) then said ok we'll go double check the reading (obviously there was nothing wrong with the battery). I said no because I was ready there over 2 hours. I go to get into my car and it was not washed as I was just told it was. So two and 1/2 hours for an oil change only - again that I had an appointment for. This was not the first issue we've had, but we try to give the small, local guy a chance. No more! When I notified management, I was told they were short staffed and the service manager was on vacation until January. So after a year of longer than typical appointments, greasy boot prints on my floor mats, bolts not screwed back in causing pieces of my car (3014 model) to drag on the ground, tires changed with large scuff/scratch marks left on the paint, we are done. Please beware of this service department. If you do choose them, carve out an entire day to just sit there, as they also do not provide courtesy cars anymore. More
