The overall experience was nothing like the burden you often imagine when purchasing a vehicle, Peter was friendly, honest and welcoming, an absolute pleasure to deal with. We told Peter which vehicle we were interested in, where we needed to be with our budget and he went to work to make it happen. After waiting for six months for our truck (Maverick) to arrive. We were told no Ford incentives , no Red carpet lease discounts. In fact this truck would cost more to lease than our previous truck even th arrive. We were told no Ford incentives , no Red carpet lease discounts. In fact this truck would cost more to lease than our previous truck even though the Maverick is $10,000 cheaper than our last leased vehicle.??? At no time was this information related to us. That gee, by the time it gets here you won’t want to take it. Because we are going to make it so expensive . Manager never even came out of his office. They just blindsided us. To get the lease payment at what our Ranger had been we would have had to drop $4,000 or more down on the Maverick. Kinda defeats the purpose of leasing? Did they do some research , have numbers for leasing, buying, options? NO. Just a paper detailing how much down, how much for payments. They knew. We have bought/leased from this dealership since 2005. Seventeen years. (previous lease ranged from 278-375) our fourth lease in a row. The Maverick was over $400 with down payment . Besides buying two minivans from them. We have leased two Escapes and a Ranger. I know Covid was rough on these small dealerships. But to mistreat your own loyal customers ? That’s just wrong, total lack of communication. Total mistreatment of loyal customers . I am furious at how this all happened. But then it’s all about the money isn’t it? Metro Ford is selling these Mavericks at several thousand over OVER MSRP. Good luck Browns Ford. You will need it. To top it all off. My husband has been a Ford customer since 1970 Wow. Now that’s a loyal customer. But no more . More
Great experience, never felt pushed which is an instant goodbye from me. Peter was respectful of that when I said I was just starting to look that day. Patrick Reidy handled the financing for me and was great to work with also. I highly recommend stopping in and asking for them when you start your search for your next vehicle. More

We brought our RV in to do ABS/cruise control work. We worked with Zach. Zach communicated with us regularly while our RV was there. He and his crew did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem, orderi worked with Zach. Zach communicated with us regularly while our RV was there. He and his crew did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem, ordering the necessary parts, and completing the job. Perhaps the best part of our experience, is that Zach did not over-promise as we have experienced at other repair facilities. He stated that "this is what we can do....here is our honest timeline". He met both! Thank you Zach and thank you Brown's Ford. It was worth the three hour drive! More

There was no "game playing", we got a fair offer on our trade, the purchase and lease options were presented to us. We made our decision, and drove away the next day in the F-150. I have found everyone to be polite, friendly and professional while being very helpful. During this difficult pandemic they have all been attentive to safety guidelines.
