My check engine light was on and I went to the Johnstown Ford for service. I thought I had made an appointment on line, but apparently it didn’t go through. In fact I rented a car there and they called me that evening to tell me the problem with my car. My car was ready the first thing in the morning the next day and I was on my way. This service center is very efficient and they made my experience pleasant. More

They expected me to leave my vehicle all day and purchase a rental car for something that took 3/10 of an hour to do and I had to make an appointment over a month in advance. Completely happy with the service of my F-250 diesel after shutting down to “Engine Idle Mode” due to an “Exhaust Systems Fault”.
