LAST TWO SERVICES TOOK EXCESSIVE TIME FOR REPLACING A TIRE PRESSURE SENSOR AND FOR AN OIL/FILTER CHANGE. IN BOTH CASES, OVER THREE HOURS OF SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM EVEN THOUGH WE HAD APPOINTMEN TIRE PRESSURE SENSOR AND FOR AN OIL/FILTER CHANGE. IN BOTH CASES, OVER THREE HOURS OF SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM EVEN THOUGH WE HAD APPOINTMENTS AND THE SERVIVCE ITEMS SHOULD HAVE BEEN QUICK SERVICE ITEMS. More

I deal with service guys with my 6th vehicle for me. (7th, counting a truck for my husband). I have gone through a number of service techs over the years. The best ones have been the ones who have remained in place the longest. There is a correlation to performance and longevity. Right now, I like to have Jeff and he is the longest performing at this time. Tim is good too, to the right of Jeff in desk arrangement. I like for them to be in place long enough to recognize me and call my name when I push that button to enter. More
I love this dealership. My problem with this appointment was that when I arrived to have the chip installed for my seat heater, they did not have the chip. Was very inconven My problem with this appointment was that when I arrived to have the chip installed for my seat heater, they did not have the chip. Was very inconvenient to have to schedule yet again to get this chip installed in my new vehicle. Was disappointed that the chip was not there when I had received a letter telling me the chip was there and to make an appointment for installation. More
