This dealership has below standard customer service. I visited the Dealership on 11-11-2024 to complete paperwork to receive my Gap insurance reimbursement. I was trying to do a nice deed and take my fiancé's truck in on my day off for a simple oil change. I made an appointment for 11 and was given an estimated 2 hours MAX and had nothing else to do so thought o in on my day off for a simple oil change. I made an appointment for 11 and was given an estimated 2 hours MAX and had nothing else to do so thought okay Ill study. 2 hours later someone who wasn't even in the service department came to check on me and found out they were going to take even longer (which likely means they hadn't started). Don't make appointments if they do not put you ahead of anyone or make the process go any faster. More

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I have bought many cars and taken them back to dealership for all services to be done.. but this dealership will never touch my vehicle again. Oil change took over 2 half hours and then when asked about it they acted as if i was wrong.. then when i left and go home i see why they took so long they were trying to hide the fact they scratched my car and was trying to fix it. did not even wash it due to the fact I am only guessing here they didn't want me to notice More
