Moreover, during a recent visit where I brought my Cadillac in for one issue, it was returned with an additional problem that was not present initially. Furthermore, the exterior of the vehicle was not cleaned, nor was there an offer made to do so. Consequently, my vehicle was returned in a dirty condition. More

Took recently purchased vehicle in for inspection. Was in and out in an hour. Actual inspection took less than 15 minutes. Appointment was at 1:30 pm. Very courteous. Customer waiting room was full.
