Willing to work with you I purchased a car from this deal 9 months ago. They offered a fair price, and worked with me by delivering to NH where I could pick it up. I discovere I purchased a car from this deal 9 months ago. They offered a fair price, and worked with me by delivering to NH where I could pick it up. I discovered an intermittent A/C problem shortly after buying, and although it wasn't technically covered under warranty, they offered to do a recharge of the A/C unit to see if it fixed. I don't feel like it was an issue they likely knew about when they sold it to me. They didn't offer to fix outright, which is why only 4 stars, but otherwise a good experience. More

Service guesses at what's wrong. Took our Dodge Caliber in for a warranty replacement of the rear suspension cradle. After they replaced it car had a very loud creaking noise. I had a Took our Dodge Caliber in for a warranty replacement of the rear suspension cradle. After they replaced it car had a very loud creaking noise. I had already bought new suspension parts so they put them in during cradle replacement. ( they charged me $150.00 to remove two bolts they say didn't need to come out for the cradle replacement but for putting in the parts that I supplied. Took it back for the creaking and they diagnosed that the struts needed replacing. They wanted $637.00 to replace the struts. I purchased new complete strut assemblies including springs and had them installed elsewhere. Total price $446.00. Creaking still there, not the struts. Took it back again and they said they greased the control arm, Creaking went away for 4-5 days and came back. Took back again and they said it was now the tow link in the rear and wanted $270.00 to replace them with NO guarantee it would correct the creaking. And wanted me to pay $55.00 for that diagnosis. Refused to pay for their guesswork and took the car back before they said I needed to replace engine and transmission to get rid of the creak they created. Sales may be Great but stay away from the Service. More

Excellent Experience when Shopping for A Used Car!! We were looking for a rather late model used vehicle, one that actually might have space in the front seat for a ladies purse (usually consoles take u We were looking for a rather late model used vehicle, one that actually might have space in the front seat for a ladies purse (usually consoles take up all the space except the passenger seat). So if you have a passenger there is no place for your purse unless you put it in the back seat. We saw a 2016 Town & Country Minivan that just fit perfectly for our needs and future plans to travel. It allows greater space inside than an SUV, many options for seating arrangements, etc. and had quite a few options that will useful. We dealt with Ron, who was exceptionally knowledgeable about this car and was very patient as we both drove it a few times just to be certain. He gave us a fair trade-in on our car and treated us very well. There was no pressure on us to either purchase, make a quick decision or anything - he just gave us our time and helped us determine that this is the right choice for us. We had no intention of buying a car that day, but we did know that we wante My wife and I went to Brown Motors while they were have a sales promotion. We had no intention of buying a car that day, but we did know that we wanted some sort of an SUV. The first sales man was very nice, but over busy, so we were nicely turned over to another salesman who was very knowledgeable and polite. He suggested some vehicles, and as we wanted to try them out, he put plates on the selections we pointed out and let us take them for a spin. He said drive it like its yours. Each time we returned he chatted with us and answered all our questions. We did end up buying a car that day, in part because Browns is a local dealer, our last car was purchased there and because of the nice treatment we received from Ron Duda. Our entire experience was great. More
