Good experience at Brown Motors. Ron Duda orchestrated the sale and preparation of the new truck amazingly quickly. I do wish they had performed the inspection ahead of my taking the truck off the lot, however. Ron spent a lot of time walking me through the computerized dashboard, new to me, and I have the feeling that he will answer questions and share his knowledge in the future with his usual good grace and humor.

We just purchased a Jeep Wrangler and Ron Duda our salesman made buying a Jeep easy. We live a distance away and Ron guided us through the whole process by email and text. The day we bought our Jeep everything was in order and all we had to do was sign and drive away. He was extremely helpful in explaining all the features of our new vehicle and even went so far as to pair our phones to the new Jeep. Ron is a pleasant person and a pleasure to do business with.

Purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee (used) for almost 34k. On delivery I am informed that the other key was at the service department but were to busy to locate it and will have it in a few days. A month later and many different stories still have not received a key. For $200 they were willing to sell me one. (Dealer cost less then $120). Never have I delt with such an underhanded dealership. Your only as good as your word. Brown Motors word is worth nothing.
