Out of the ordinary experience Brown Motors took in a vehicle that matched my needs at a price that couldn't be beat. An aspiring new Landscaping/Lawn care company, we wanted somet Brown Motors took in a vehicle that matched my needs at a price that couldn't be beat. An aspiring new Landscaping/Lawn care company, we wanted something a little more heavy duty in case we acquired some heavy equipment. The Ram 2500 Big Horn fit that bill however we, the sales staff and I, learned of a safety recall effecting a large percentage of Ram trucks. Because of this particular recall the purchase experience would last approximately 6 weeks and was frustrating for both the sales team, more specifically Ron Duda, as well as myself. Despite this frustration Ron Duda maintained his composure and professionalism and routinely contacted me with status updates while we waited. He's a super nice guy who is very easy to talk to and deal with. It was like dealing with an old friend however I had never met him prior to this transaction. I'd gladly stop in again in the future when/if the need arises. In fact I'll probably just stop in to say hi from time to time. More
