A month later and many different stories still have not received a key. For $200 they were willing to sell me one. (Dealer cost less then $120). Never have I delt with such an underhanded dealership. Ron was extremely helpful and stuck with me throughout the whole process. The first day at the dealership was very pleasant, friendly staff, and I never felt pressured to look at or buy anything other than what I was looking for. Ashley crunched the numbers, gave me fair trade in for my car, and worked out a decent financing plan for the new vehicle. Unfortunately not long after I left the dealership the car broke down and obviously I was feeling a bit discouraged. The service department quickly got a tow truck to me and a rental car to use until the problem was fixed. They worked quickly and got me back in my car. After confirming that the problem wasn't something that a mechanic could have foreseen before the sale, I was feeling better and the service rep Nick kept me informed and up to date on what they were doing to the car. It goes to show that dealing with a reputable business with solid staff pays off in the long run. The quick work on the staff's part prevented what could have been a pretty awful experience for me. They worked hard to make sure I was taken care of helped give me piece of mind. I have since contacted Nick and Steve from the service centers a few times with questions about the car and they have been extremely helpful and patient. More
