I recently had an appointment with Brown Motors service department. Upon arrival I was greeted by very friendly service personnel. Lincoln LS Repair Having an Advance Trac issue, I needed a diagnosis of the problem. Jim found one sensor out of range and the warning light in the instrument cluster Having an Advance Trac issue, I needed a diagnosis of the problem. Jim found one sensor out of range and the warning light in the instrument cluster was constantly on. After finding a new sensor on ebay, Jim was able to install it and in doing so, the light is now out. The service department worked with me to get the problem solved. More

New tire experience Recently purchased four new tires for our 2016 Explorer. Always accommodating and efficient when we have service done. New tires are great but soon af Recently purchased four new tires for our 2016 Explorer. Always accommodating and efficient when we have service done. New tires are great but soon after a warning went off saying the right front tire was low. Took it back to have it checked - found nothing. Then each time driven the warning would come on. Took a trip to Grand Rapids and the tire was visibly low. Had to put air in twice on the way home. Took it in and they found the valve stem needed repair. They also looked at the sensor. No luck- warning still goes off each time driving (tire pressure fine). We have an appointment Monday to have the sensor replaced. Until new tires were put on never an issue. It seems very coincidental that the tires, valve stem, sensor issue all occurred with installation. Thoughts? Have always been happy with the quality of service- this has been puzzling and a bit frustrating. More
