We just had the oil changed and tires rotated earlier in the day at Brown's in Petoskey, MI around 1130 am. What a day to remember for our anniversary! We had been looking at Journeys for the last few months. After the oil service tech told us what was needed to be repaired in the next six months and then water pump died. We decided to lease the 1 Journey left on the lot. This is the 3rd vehicle we have gotten at Brown's of Petoskey. More

On Monday, October 28th, I took my daughters's Flex in for service. I work at another Ford dealership and I was impressed and grateful for the professionalism I saw exhibited to complete a major repai in for service. Dealer showed us the car. Then dealer refused to allow us to test drive car after E-Mail and phone call said that we could and we were invited to do that. The car had not been sold.
