I brought my car to the dealership because they had the part I needed. Okay, a quick fix and I would be out and on my way to work. I bought my car here, so I bring it here for service. Most of the time they are top notch, but other times not so much. There are two specific times that I made an appt in advance for a specific servic Most of the time they are top notch, but other times not so much. There are two specific times that I made an appt in advance for a specific service. When the day of my appt arrives, they don't have the part in. The specific part that I spoke to them about when I made the appt. So both times I had to return the next day, which defeats the purpose of making an appointment and clearing your calendar only to be told to come back the next day. One other complaint is two times I informed them that there was a slow leak in my tire. They told me no, there wasn't. One of the times they actually found the leak after they said there wasn't one. The second time happened the other day. They insisted there was no leak. But how else does a individual tire lose air pressure and the others don't? More
