Every time I walk into the service center, it’s the same disappointing experience. The employees either ignore you completely or act like they hate being there. I've yet to be treated with even the slightest bit of cordiality, which is honestly disheartening. It’s clear that the negative energy is contagious—it seems like the miserable attitude of the staff trickles down and affects everyone in the service center. I’ve spent over three hours waiting for something as simple as an oil change. The only reason I continue to come here is because my vehicle is still under warranty. But even when I bring in my car for a warranty issue, I’m made to feel like I don’t know what I’m talking about, and they try to make it seem like the issue probably isn’t covered. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to receive such poor service at a place where you’re supposed to feel confident in your vehicle's care. More
