Our Sales Representative is Dave Riebe - bought all 6 vehicles from Dave. Dave is personable, no high pressure techniques, and a very honest Gentleman. When we are looking for a car, Dave knows what we prefer and will try and find the vehicle if they don't have it. We know Dave and the Staff are giving us the best deal possible. My new purchase is a 2018 Ford Explorer, Limited. The other main reason we come to Brad Manning is the excellent Service Department. I have called them twice on a moment's notice and was told to come right in. They have been serving our vehicles for years. Trysha Maness is a joy to work with. She always has a smile on her face and very friendly and makes sure you get the best service. Trysha is extremely knowledgeable. When we walk in, Ben and Patrick Manning greet us by our first names. Wow! Their customer service Every time I walk into Brad Manning Ford I am greeted by the most friendly service staff of any dealership. I have been to all the surrounding dealer Every time I walk into Brad Manning Ford I am greeted by the most friendly service staff of any dealership. I have been to all the surrounding dealers and Brad Manning service advisors make the whole experience of bringing your vehicle in for service easier. They will pick up and drop off your vehicle. They will call, text, or email you about your vehicle you decide which one not the dealer. If there is a way to get assistance on repairs to your vehicle, they try for it. I am telling you, if you have not experienced the level of service I am writing about you need to stop by BRAD MANNING FORD. Now about my experience this time. I brought my 07 explore in for an oil change. The three advisors Trysha, Tish, and John were all busy with people already. Brad Manning Ford always is busy, but they always make the time for more. All of them excused themselves to say good morning. I waited patiently and within 3mins they had my vehicle written up and me enjoying a nice cup of FREE fresh coffee in their clean comfortable waiting area. They came out to me, went over the recommendations for my vehicle. I had questions about them. They took me to my vehicle and the TECH went over them. He showed me why they needed to be done, also explained that a few of the could wait to be done. I authorized some work to be done. They provided the opportunity to get a loaner vehicle, I decided to wait for my vehicle. The repairs got done they cashed me out, I walked to my car and it was washed. WOW!! What a TEAM at BRAD MANNING!! More

Shortly after leaving it with them, I received a call explaining the problem and detailing how long it would take. When I later went to pick it up, not only had they fixed the problem but they also completed a recall repair involving the door latches, saving me from having to schedule another appointment. All of the employees in the service drop off/pick up were extremely courteous and friendly. From sales to service, the employees seem to enjoy what they do which is why I've purchased my last 4 new vehicles from them. More
Hands down best dealership and service dept around In Feb 2018 I started having trouble with my Focus ST while I was still within my 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. I tried going to a dealership in my are In Feb 2018 I started having trouble with my Focus ST while I was still within my 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. I tried going to a dealership in my area (Gordie Boucher in Kenosha, WI) to get the car looked at. I called and called and called and was told each time to call back because the operator could not find someone in the service department to set up my appointment. I finally was able to find out that the part of their service department that schedules appointments closes at 4:30 and I was calling a little after 5. Their website did not reflect that. So when I was finally able to find out what was going on I did not feel comfortable taking my car in to be serviced because their staff could barely figure out their own hours. I ended up calling Gillespie Ford in Gurnee, IL and was able to make an appointment with them. By the time they were able to get me in I was out of my 3yr/36,000 mile warranty. I brought my car to Gillespie where they informed me that my car needed a new clutch and that it would be almost $1,600. The service rep that I was speaking with told me that I needed to call Ford corporate and open a case with them to see if they would help me with the cost of the clutch since I was just barely out of my warranty. I did what he told me to do and then they dropped the ball and I waited for over 2 months for an answer for my car. Their service manager threatened me over the phone and no one in their service department would return phone calls to give me status updates or anything. Once the case was approved for a partial amount I called Ford corporate and told them that I would not be bringing my vehicle to Gillespie and that they needed to let me take my car to the dealership of my choice. They agreed as long as it was Ford certified. I told them I wanted to take my car to where I bought my vehicle at Brad Manning Ford in DeKalb. I called a friend of mine who works at the dealership Rich Curtis and he helped me to get my appointment set up and directed me to the service manager Aaron Blaquiere as well as a rep from the service department named Trish Velguth. They told me it would take a week or two to get the parts they needed ordered as well as a tool they needed to fix my car. They called me every other day with an update, and if I called with questions they made sure to get back to me within a few hours. On top of keeping in contact to let me know what was going on, they also gave me a good price on parts and labor for my vehicle. I was finally able to get my car fixed at the end April thanks to Brad Manning Ford caring about their customers. I also sent my parents to Brad Manning yesterday so they could look at a new car. I texted Rich on his day off to ask him who I should have my parents ask for when they got to the dealership and he told me to have them ask for Tom Anderson. Rich also reached out to Tom to let him know my mom and dad were on their way in to look at a car. Tom was at the front door waiting to greet them and help them as soon as they arrived. They both said that Tom was so helpful and friendly. They were able to purchase a new car yesterday. I have purchased 3 cars from them and each time the experience has been fantastic. Their entire staff is friendly, easy going, and not pushy at all. More
