Own a 2004 F150, My second window falls down for no other reason than it's a piece of junk. Ford f150's from 2004 have a problem and Ford know all about it, yet won't recall for some reason. I have now spent $800 on window parts with two more windows just waiting to fail. I don't even know if the ones that were fixed will last! I have owned only three vehicles in my life, all Fords, but this has soured me to the point that I will never spend another dime on Ford. The service person tells me "this happens alot". I say so now I just wait for the other two windows to do the same thing? "probably". I say what I paying $400 for? Another piece of junk part that breaks for no reason? Reply "I think these new ones are modified". UNACCEPTABLE More
We are returning customers. Previously we had purchaded my Explorer (12 years ago) and David's Ranger. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else because of the service and courtesy affiliated with everyone my Explorer (12 years ago) and David's Ranger. The service department is excellent and I like the fact that I can get a courtesy ride to school when possible. The new service of three rentals is excellent. We consider you the best. More
We purchased a used 2004 Ford Escape in Nov 2009, so the dealership sends us emails regularly. One particular email in June 2010 was a "Happy Birthday" email and as always, they checked to make sure we are dealership sends us emails regularly. Because it was my husbands birthday, we decided to ask Bowditch if they could do a complimentary carwash for his birthday. We were told by Samantha that she would need to speak to the owner and would get back to us. She called back the very next day and we were pleased to hear that the owner decided to have us bring the vehicle in for the carwash. We dropped our vehicle off, just expecting a typical, ordinary car wash, but when we returned to pick up our truck, we didnt recognize it! It looked brand new, like the first day we purchased it! It was spotless outside AND inside! We were so impressed with the value of the work done on our vehicle and the excellent customer service we received that we had to share our 5-Star experience. Thanks so much Bowditch Ford for treating us like 5-Star Customers! More
I find my experience at Bowditch appealing mainly because of the Service department. I am a firm believer that after the orginial sale, that is what is left, Service. We were connected up with Al Cusano, an of the Service department. I am a firm believer that after the orginial sale, that is what is left, Service. We were connected up with Al Cusano, and he has proven to be the best Service person we could hope for. He is the most honest, straight forward, and fair Service Rep. I have ever delt with. That is what brings us back. We have two vehicles, a 2008 Escape and still bring our 2002 Explorer in for any and all service needed. Thanks for all you do! More

I have always been pleased with the work that has been done on my vehicles. I know that I can trust the Service dept to be honest. Joey want far beyond his duties to ensure our car was safe and that what I perceived to be a problem wasn't. All maintenance on my vehicle (Ford Tarus 2000) has been done by Bowditch Ford from the day I safe and that what I perceived to be a problem wasn't. This was my first experience with Bowditch but I can say that it will not be my last! I started out on line and Walter was quick to respond to my inquiry and very consious of my work schedule as far as sce that it will not be my last! Everyone from the auto tech who got the car ready forme, to the gentleman who handled the financing were great. Bowditch is my dealer, and Walter is my salesperson from now on. More
