He truly makes buying a car fun and simple. He took care of me so quick and efficiently and he still helps me to this day. I did have a little bit of a bad experience with the service department manager. I needed some repairs done covered under warranty and he said to me that I did not have a warranty and that I was lucky to be getting my car fixed. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and was told the part would be there Thursday and fixed. Then he said the part wasn't coming until the following Tuesday and at that time I knew I could not be without a car that long. I am also 8 months pregnant so transportation is a must. I asked if I could get a loaner car and he said no and then I said okay well can I pick my car up and drop it back off when the part will arrive and he said no again. I didn't know what to do. I just called Charlie to ask if I had a warranty because I thought I did and without even asking him for anything he offered to help me and took care of everything. Charlie and Matt made me feel so much better and took care of everything for me. They deserve a raise and praise because they are the best! I hope that someone high up reads this and I hope they get something for the great service they provide. More

A Life Altering Purchase It was a day like any other, except this day I decided to pull the trigger and buy a car. I drove to this dealership and I found it. The perfect car. It was a day like any other, except this day I decided to pull the trigger and buy a car. I drove to this dealership and I found it. The perfect car. It was a 2013 Ford Focus. Then Matt walked up to me and convinced me to walk around with him to look at some other cars they have on the lot. Im glad he did. He was like a guardian angel that was mindful of my budget. We stumbled upon a 2015 Nissan Sentra and I was like "I want that car." His mood slightly changed as I told him my credit score because it was fairly low at the time but he said he would do his best to make the deal happen. We rendezvoused with Charlie and he said he would do anything in his power to make sure I would be driving home in that Nissan. He asked me what my maximum monthly payment could be and I advised him and he wasn't 100% possible he could make it happen but I noticed something about his demeanor; he was a man that loves a challenge. He called and recalled every loan agency he had a number to and negotiated with the type of ferocity you would see in a 1980s montage. Then it happened. A good deal that was acceptable by all parties involved. I wept tears of joy as I opened the door to my new purchase and gazed at the heavens as I noticed a bald eagle soaring high above and gave me a little wink. Freedom. tl;dr: Matt and Charlie were great. I didn't get the car I originally wanted. They made it possible for me to get the car I didn't know I could have. More
