Prices below loan values, 90 day bumper to bumper warranty (must pay for at Car Max), all vehicles have clean car faxes, no price haggling, accommodating staff. The salesmen are so relaxed. Every associate in sales took part in the transaction. There was no secrecy, rivalry, or any other typical "car lot shenanigans" that make us ladies dread our car buying experiences. I now also use their service department. Again, exceptional service. I had an issue with 1 of my tires and was just beyond the 90 day bumper to bumper warranty. The service manager not only got the warranty to cover it, he had both front tires replaced instead of just the one. If you want to experience ease of buying, verifiable value, and like you are a highly valued customer..... This is your place. I will only ever deal with Bournes. They have made car buying and maintenance stress free for me. That's a big deal for a single woman overcoming her hatred/fear of car buying and upkeep. More

I will list the stats first: fair price (almost $3000 below KBB), no test drive and no haggling (my choice on both), took too long to close deal ( a little more than 3 hours with 2 young kids), Andrew (the finance/ assistant manager) forgot to collect my down payment ( which I paid immediately upon arriving home), wrong address placed on the registration (which is $25 to change through DMV), Andrew installed the license plate and only secured with one screw (noticed about a week later and fixed), continually have been hassled for more paperwork for the "through dealership financial institution" (which Andrew placed blame on the financial institution), discrepancies with paperwork (which I should have read but with 2 restless children I admit I was ready to get the car and leave), called financial institution directly (which they do not have an account for me yet and said the dealership is responsible to set up). Summary of the call with Andrew to resolve financing, registration address, and discrepancies: I told him that I was very displeased with the hassle of this financial institution so I called them and was told that they gave him a list of paperwork needed from every customer to secure financing and that I feel I was lied to by him and that paperwork I sent him had not been forwarded to the financial institution. He responded by saying he was simply confused by what I was saying. I told him about the single screw in the license plate and he said that's how his car is and that in Florida everybody drives around with only one screw. I gave him a quick physics lesson on how that single screw created a pivot point and through the days of driving around without noticing it had bounced up and down and scratched the paint. Only response was excuses. I brought up discrepancies with the paperwork and charges. He ignored the fact that he made a mistake with the registration and that it would cost me time and $25 to change the address. I then brought up a small $20 discrepancies (in his favor) with the Vehicle Service Agreement. He said at first it was for filing that paperwork with the DMV. I pulled out the paperwork and asked him, if I called the DMV would they have a copy of this. He then backpedalled and stated that it is the third party warranty company who charges that, but I could not find any mention of it on their paperwork (only his paperwork) and they are closed today so I could not ask them directly. The charge for the vehicle registration was different in $110.90 (of course in his favor). His response was that he was confused. I then asked for the itemization of the $125 predelivery fee and $399 electronic registration filing fee. He first said that those charges go to the government (but on the paperwork they have a double asterisk that lead to a message which states it is for dealership profit and in house cost). I brought up the note and then he started listing off what those fees cover: ink, paper, software,...... then it got more interesting..... tires and wheels (which I paid $470 in a separate fee for), mounting license plate, environmental fees, THE PATRIOT ACT,...... I began to laugh and asked how he is paying for the patriot act. He hesitated to answer so I told him that I would attempt to contact the manager Mike Kelley (who is not in today) to get some answers. To sum up, I did not haggle on price, bought all service agreements, went through their financing and still cannot find answers to the almost $500 discrepancies and who is responsible to change the vehicle's registration address. **make sure that if you do buy here that all forms have the same numbers, and that the Seller's right to cancel section is filled out properly!** More
Purchase of a Car I was in on Monday 06/26 after seeing a car online that Sunday evening. I received a call that morning to schedule appointment and when I arrived I was greeted by the sales person who went right to the car. The customer service was impeccable and I have never had such service. The financing went off without a hitch. The only problem that I had was a low pressure warning for the tires. The service center was closed an unable to handle it at that time. I returned the next day, where I met Ben who was very pleasant, to get it corrected, was told that it was complete. Only to turn out of the lot and the light came back on. I was then told that I had to drive it for a while and the light would reset, which sounded a little off being that it was off before I turned out of the lot about 5 minutes prior. But I took his word and just as I thought the light did not reset. I believe it may be a tire issue or a short in the system or maybe a fuse , if the light continues to stay on. I do have an appointment for another service on Saturday 07/01 and hopefully they will take care of this issue also. If not for this I would have given 5 stars. Not sure if he thought maybe he could tell me anything because I was a woman and would accept it, but that's not me. Being that this car is for my 16 year old daughter, everything has to be in working order. More

Went Above and Beyond We just bought our new VW and we were on Vacation, 3k Mike's away. I was robbed and my purse was stolen with my only key to my car. MCharlie, Andrew & the Service Tem helped find a Locksmith to help us on an early Sunday Morning once our flight arrived. No questions asked. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were not displaced and answered all our questions and put our minds at ease. That's just one example. The buying process was quick smooth and swelled no hidden fees. Super happy with their amazing customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest honest Carsles. Thank you all.
