I would usually go to a Carmax or Auto Nation or find something from a private party, but I saw something sharp advertised at Bourne's on CL and decided to check it out. I found a good selection of clean used cars, and we bought a Buick with 11,000 miles for a bit under low NADA retail price, and got a reasonable credit for her trade-in. Matt was a great guy to work with--just answered our questions instead of hovering. Bought the car on Saturday and drove to the Tampa Hard Rock on Sunday to "break it in." My only complaint-- we lost $ at the casino. Certainly not the "dealer's" fault, however :). More

Charlie hooked if up with a great rate and the monthly payment right where I wanted it. He even got the bumper to bumper warranty plan deductible eliminated for a nominal monthly increase. This way I can take it to other shops because I live 3 hours away. The TPMS light came on as soon as I left and the Service Manager, Ben, was excellent in coordinating with a Toyota dealership down near me to get it fixed immediately. No fighting or arguing about price or who's responsible for fixing it, which was a breath of fresh air. The truck was exactly as described. I did have to replace the wipers, as the passenger's side was pretty bad, and ask them to get an easily cleaned spot off the leather before I left the dealership. So I guess there could be a little more attention to detail on their advertised "115 MULTIPOINT CERTIFIED INSPECTION" All in all, next time I am in the market for another vehicle I will be sure to check Bourne's inventory first. More
