From oil changes and complementary services, to just plain honesty in their work. They quoted us a price for a broken electric window and we agreed to have the work done. When they went to install the new parts they realize part of it wasn't broken and didn't charge us for the extra piece. We would have been none the wiser and paid the full price, but their integrity was very impressive. More
