He was extremely kind to us both, while doing what he is paid for. Selling cars. Took 2 vehicles on test drives and decided to purchase one. Not only was there no pressure, but when we decided to buy, he explained everything so that my mother understood. (First time she has ever had to purchase a car without my dad) And even helped her, by using his computer,to get insurance so that we could take the car home right away. So the first question that is asked by this survey is "Would you recommend this dealership"?- already did!! And of course recommended Matt as the best person to ask help. When I got back, Patrick streamlined the financing process. Patrick addressed my concerns with the car. He gave me a 90 day guarantee, and i added the maintenance package. The car had an AC problem. The next day they took my car and gave me a loaner. Fixed the AC problem. I have never been to a dealership and had the kind of attention to customer service like at Bourne’s. When you get to Bourne’s ask for Patrick, he’s thorough, and thoughtful of customer concerns. I highly recommended Bourne’s. More
