The GM/Owner made the difference I purchased a Car for my daughter about a month ago. The buying experience seemed great, everyone was friendly and ready to help. There were a few thi I purchased a Car for my daughter about a month ago. The buying experience seemed great, everyone was friendly and ready to help. There were a few things with the car that required attention and had been agreed upon at the time of purchase with our Salesman. Such as, it was missing a hubcab that they were ordering for us, going to detail the car, buff out a scratch on the hood (none of which was done). I have now called 3 times, emailed 3 times and I am told every time the hubcab is not there and they can't tell me when it might be or give a tracking # of the order. But, they'll call me back on "X" day and let me know then I wouldn't hear back. After hearing about this Situation the GM called my daughter and immediately went to work to make things right. He had her back in the very next business day and had found her hubcab (that had been on backorder) at another local facility to get it to her fast. They came through on the hood and it came out better than even expected. Upper management made sure we did not fall through the cracks and really went above and beyond to make things right. That kind of customer service after the sale means everything. I appreciate it. Special shout out to Ben in service, whom my daughter stated was just so nice and did an amazing job on that scratch when she went back in. More

Friendly Staff! No stupid sales gimmicks or BS You walk onto most car dealerships and you feel like you are in a warped Disney move where everyone is freakishly "fantastic". Here you feel like you are dealing with real people. I knew my payments and my deal BEFORE I arrived. Further I overheard a couple who apparently could not find with they were seeking. Charlene wished them well did not try to talk them into some other vehicle they likely did not want. Customer service was fantastic we were out of there in short time even with a tech glitch beyond their control. I say to everyone don't waste your time at the "Auto Maul" Come see these folks. :-) More
