Average I purchased a 2015 Buick LaCrosse on May 24th I had to return to the dealership on the 25th, 29th, & 30th to get key remote and transmission repaired I purchased a 2015 Buick LaCrosse on May 24th I had to return to the dealership on the 25th, 29th, & 30th to get key remote and transmission repaired I did asked on the 30th how to void the transaction or if they could send the bank back their check and keep the car since I wasn't satisfied my options were a rebuilt transmission or a similar car from their sister store in Massachusetts. Needless to say I would not have purchased the vehicle if i knew it had been in a accident which isn't related to key or trans issue. Overall they have been nice as far as trying to fix the problem without voiding the contract and giving me other options. Charlene Gordon was great she answered my questions on the 30th and showed me another vehicle.Mathieu also was great he made the process go by smooth and quick.Ben was magnificent I had no problems when I came in to the service department he handle everything in a professional manner and explained to me where I can understand what was going on with the car also provide a loaner car I really appreciated him.
