She was attentive to each call and text and continued answering our questions while at home after hours. We decided to purchase this vehicle from Tampa trusting her description of how clean this vehicle was. She then went the extra mile to have the car delivered to the Orlando area so we did not have to drive all the way to Daytona beach from Tampa! This vehicle was just as nice as she described it!! Super friendly people and honest pricing I don't know where to begin, all I can say is that this dealership is one of the few that are honest and sincere in what they do. Due to financial har I don't know where to begin, all I can say is that this dealership is one of the few that are honest and sincere in what they do. Due to financial hardships, I had to find a way to get rid of my 2018 Dodge Challenger Hellcat. I called up this dealership and spoke to Patrick. I told him the honest truth about my situation and asked if there was any "easy" solution. He not only took a chance with my crazy car trading past but also got me approved for a 2013 Camaro I liked and it was in my price range. These people really do care, they have proven it to me. Not only am I saving a few hundred dollars in car payments a month, but I am also satisfied with my trade. Another good thing about Bourne's Auto is they don't charge you crazy financial taxes. Every dealership I've dealt with would charge me 2x the car price in financing taxes which is ridiculous!! If you're looking for a car that's good in value and quality I would HIGHLY recommend this place. And if you get to speak to Patrick then you're definitely in good hands. There's no 6 hour waiting all day for the paperwork to be accomplished. You go in, find a car you like, they make a few calls, (hopefully) get you approved, then the paperwork takes 30 min-1 hour tops and you're out the door! Next time I need a vehicle I'm definitely going to these guys. Thank you Patrick and the rest of the crew for your honesty and awesome customer service. I'll be back again one day!! More
