Promise makers.... Bought a used truck (which I like) in April. I told salesman I needed 2 keys, he said no problem,I got a fob with no key. Told salesman I wanted a spray in bedliner, which did happen (but is peeling off on the tailgate).was told financing would be through wells fargo, that didn't happen. Showed salesman nerf/running boards I wanted, he said no problem. When I picked up the truck it had totally wrong & cheap nerf bars. Sales manager said it's not on the "we owe sheet", but would get me what I was looking for, it's been over 2 months now and can't even get a return call now (left messages with reception the last 3 calls). After 2 months had to replace the battery. Very disappointed. More

Over priced/ Do not return calla I bought a car was there for 6 hours going back and forth with Sales. The car was priced at $30,635 when going through sales they wanted to go to 32,0 I bought a car was there for 6 hours going back and forth with Sales. The car was priced at $30,635 when going through sales they wanted to go to 32,000 I said no that's $2000 more then priced on car and they also had a $3000 rebate which would have brought car to $27,635. I was then asked where I wanted payments to be I said no more than $450 so next thing I know they say approved I get to financing and they focused on payments so I see payments are at $456 ok then when I go to get tag I noticed they STILL charged me the $2000 over the listed price so I immediately call and try and talk to Sales manager BUZZ called 10 times no response emailed owner and no response till this day no response(3months) later. HORRIBLE they are just as crooks as precio owner. More

BAD EXPERENCE Went to buy a pickup that was 20000 they ran my credit 5 times they offered 1500 for my truck with me pay 3300 down on new one went back to finalize Went to buy a pickup that was 20000 they ran my credit 5 times they offered 1500 for my truck with me pay 3300 down on new one went back to finalize and they dropped my trade in to 500 and we were being financed for 17500 I'm pretty sure 3300 of 20000 is 16700 I'm no accountant but can figure that out. I would not go back and WOULD NOT recommend them they are snakes in the grass More

Could have been bad We purchased a used Kia Sarento from Boomer Kia in Dec 2017. The next day the car wouldn't start. The dealership picked the car up at no expense to us We purchased a used Kia Sarento from Boomer Kia in Dec 2017. The next day the car wouldn't start. The dealership picked the car up at no expense to us. A day later they called and said it was fixed. So we picked it up again. They also found us a lower interest rate. Well it quit again, so general sales manager, James, had the car towed again. They were going to bring a loaner car out to us the next day but discovered it was a dead battery. They replaced the battery and brought the car to us. The sales people Ray Herrera and James were fantastic and supportive. This was a used no Warrenty car and they did everything they could to satisfy us with the car. More

I even have proof on my email of the guaranteed price! They laughed at me and said I can leave. I went and purchased at KYLE HILL KIA. It took 35 minutes...in & out. I bought it at the price I had the check for. (don't waste your time with these aweful people.) Oh, and there were 3 salesman laughing at a customer they said they just ripped off when I was leaving. Don't give these people a dollar of your money! Oh and I love Oklahoma...so I thought Boomer Kia was owned by a Oklahoma owner because it says Boomer Kia right....comes to find out its owned by a guy it Texas! Do your research. This store has been sold 3 times in the past 2 years. More
