Don't go anywhere else! Go see Tren!!! We went in to see Trenn to discuss lowering our payments on our current Kia Forte. We looked at all the numbers already knowing we had negative equity in our Kia. Trenn was so open to showing us several different cars, and models. He looked at multiple options in financing with two different vehicles!! He didn't look at us as just another sale, he honestly told us his personal option on what he would do if this was him in our shoes!! We got set up on a great plan and what to do to move forward! We were in and out of finance, which we normally wait 2+ hours to get back to talk to anywhere else! Tren was super easy, and laid back to work with!! I would recommend anyone to see Trenn and the Boomer Kia dealership! Best car buying experience hands down! More

He took me around the lot showed me quite a few cars seen a new little red Rio I liked and he got it don't with no money down rimed and tired up with cash back. Well of course the wife seen it and was like xxxx NO!! So I took it back explained to trenn what happened and he was very understanding. Two days later he hits me up and and like Mills I want to show u something and I'm like cool. What is it? He's like would u like the car off the showroom floor? Now I'm thinking it's a joke but he was dead serious!!! Me with my current credit situation and little new job time (little over 2mo) put me in a new forte ex straight off the showroom floor. He didn't pressure me or told me what I had to get he gv me a variety of choices and dude dug in and got the deal done with the we least expect. If u need a car and want a very nice and very loaded new car but don't hv that nice car credit score or money. Terrible from all aspects! Bought my Kia Sorento in July of 2014. Got the Tires for Life, Engine for Life, and Oil Changes for Life. They were horrible during the sale but that Bought my Kia Sorento in July of 2014. Got the Tires for Life, Engine for Life, and Oil Changes for Life. They were horrible during the sale but that is nothing compared to their horrendous Service Department. They consistently made me wait over an hour per oil change even though I had an appointment. I went in for a tire rotation that NEVER was completed after waiting forever for that to be done and the oil to be changed. (Had placed a mark on the tire so I know they weren't rotated). Had to come back for that to be done as I had requested! (They "couldn't find the guy" who supposedly rotated them and told me to come back for them to do it). God only knows if they changed the oil and they probably put some recycled oil in my car. I am heading to Dallas this weekend so I called to make an appointment for my oil change and they answered the phone, "Boomer Kia." Surprise, surprise they are the new owners and not so shockingly they don't cover the previous warranty. Told me to call David Stanley Chevrolet. The service department of course had no clue what I was talking about and sent me to a management employee's voicemail. The ever expected bob & weave. There is no way a dealer from the exact SAME auto group has NO idea the other one is getting sold to a new company. If a complete business goes out I can understand not honoring that warranty. But there are still David Stanley's in business so they should HONOR what they issue to people. This was probably all a ploy to get the first 500 cars sold and sell the dealership soon so they don't have to honor their many warranties that they issued. Hope they enjoy the many phone calls and emails the other 499 people that got the warranty will be giving them. Absolutely terrible. You could at least give us a phone call or an email. I get PLENTY of junk mail from them all of the time. Enjoy the money you made from me. Will never get another cent or any money from anyone I know, I can promise you that! And hope this terrible company enjoys the new lawyer I am going to retain for this! More
Satisfied with every aspect of this sale. We were greeted by a very friendly, but not pushy, salesman. He asked about our needs and showed us the vehicle he thought would fit those needs. Above and Beyond Rod (salesperson) & Bill (finance) were simply amazing! I cannot say enough great things about the staff at David Stanley Kia. We walked into the de Rod (salesperson) & Bill (finance) were simply amazing! I cannot say enough great things about the staff at David Stanley Kia. We walked into the dealership with little hope they would be able to work within our constraints, but they exceeded our expectations and we walked out of the dealership (after only 3 hours) with the keys to a fully loaded vehicle (that was below our budget). Rod even drove to my place of employment to get some signatures they needed. These guys made this process so easy, and worked around a mountain of obstacles to help us. We will talk about this car buying experience for years to come, and would definitely return for future purchases. Thank you, Rod and Bill for an extremely superior car buying experience. More
