They lied twice We bought a Kia several months ago and ended up taking another thousand dollars down after agreeing they wouldn't my wife went back after my advice no We bought a Kia several months ago and ended up taking another thousand dollars down after agreeing they wouldn't my wife went back after my advice not to because of what happened before we put five thousand down this time and ask if there was going to be any catches this time they assured us they wouldn't and after three weeks and cashing our five thousand dollar check they said they couldn't get the deal done we sold her car for the cash for down payment and now she has no transportation I would never recommend anyone to buy here buyers beware! Very unhappy customer I would say far away from this place. Went in to just look at cars decided on a 2017 Kia Forte. Was told I was approved so I put money down and trade I would say far away from this place. Went in to just look at cars decided on a 2017 Kia Forte. Was told I was approved so I put money down and traded in my car. So going to do the paperwork and because I’m self employed I have a lot of information to provid. So after providing them with everything they asked for. The finance person keeps telling me the bank is not satisfied with my income. So after me being in this Forte for a month and going back and forth with them and the so called bank about my income. I just told them they could have there car back and I wanted my car back and my down payment back. So they said that was fine if that’s what I wanted to do so I ask them if they still had my car, I was told yes they did so I go to get it back and bring there car back and they tell me they sold my car to a whole seller and was working on getting it back. After a week they finally got my car bake and then they basically wanted to charge me for mileage on the Kia so they wanted to keep 250 of my down payment. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. This place does not know how to do business and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!! More

Promise makers.... Bought a used truck (which I like) in April. I told salesman I needed 2 keys, he said no problem,I got a fob with no key. Told salesman I wanted a spray in bedliner, which did happen (but is peeling off on the tailgate).was told financing would be through wells fargo, that didn't happen. Showed salesman nerf/running boards I wanted, he said no problem. When I picked up the truck it had totally wrong & cheap nerf bars. Sales manager said it's not on the "we owe sheet", but would get me what I was looking for, it's been over 2 months now and can't even get a return call now (left messages with reception the last 3 calls). After 2 months had to replace the battery. Very disappointed. More
