A/C hose was leaking. Went to boomer Kia to get it fixed. Cost me about $460 to get it rebuilt. 3/4 months later come back for same problem, same hose. Had to pay another $160 for new hose. I went in to trade or attempt to trade my vehicle for something with lower miles. The internet sales person sent me to someone else who ended up trying to keep me in my current vehicle instead of selling something with lower miles. If you want to waste your time this is the perfect dealership. I sent in an inquiry about a specific vehicle. Their Internet Manager, Stephanie, spoke to me on the phone, through text and even emailed dealership. I sent in an inquiry about a specific vehicle. Terrible. Quoted me 14000 dollars on a new Forte online and over the phone and when I went there to pay cash the price had gone up 4500 dollars.
