This review is for the service department. My Sorento had an inverter coolant warning light on. They were able to see my car without an appointment. I must say my experience at Boomer Kia was great! I was in and out in a timely fashion and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Buyer be warned, this dealership is very dishonest and not transparent at all with their pricing. They had a Kia Carnival listed on their website with “Today’s Price” and the price was very fair. When I called on it, they said it wasn’t on their lot yet but should be there any day. I let them know that we definitely wanted it and would be paying cash. I clarified, “will this price change once the car is on the lot?” and they said “no, it shouldn’t.” Well guess what… the car came in, and the sales rep called to let me know and asked if I could come get it that day. I said that I absolutely could, but I was paying cash and needed to know the exact price with sale price, doc prep/dealer fees, etc. She immediately said “oh, you’re paying cash? Let me check on that price for you.” After we had already been talking for a week about this exact vehicle! She called me back and informed me that there would be a “market adjustment” on the vehicle, of $7,000. Plus the dealer fees. I literally thought she was joking. On a base model car that they had listed for $33,140 on their website as “Today’s Price”, they were asking over $40,000 plus dealer fees. It was borderline criminal and the absolute sketchiest encounter I’ve ever had with a dealership. When I let her know that they were losing a cash customer who was ready to buy same day, she just rushed me off the phone, off to call the next person on her list I’m sure. This is obviously a scam that they run and if you read the other reviews here, I’m not the only one who has fallen victim to this. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More

Beware of their MANDITORY $2,900 package that comes with all sales. They said this is what the tiny, blue checkmark means by all of their pricing. So the pricing you see online, add $2,900 to it. This package is made up of items that ALREADY come with your car like air in tires and full tank of gas. Plus, they are marking their prices up "expect to pay up to $10,00 more right now for a car", due to the supply chain issues. Ran my credit 3 times and wasted my time. I notified the Kia corporation, and they were not happy by the way I was treated. I walked out never to return. More

Car manager was ok tried to strong arm us into a deal we didn’t want but we stood firm and got what we wanted tern wise and they did beat our banks interest-rate by almost 4% which I loved. Once we stepped into the finance office James Champ took it to the next level and showed us tire customer service and what being apart of the Boomer KIA family was about first time KIA buyers and I think from here on out these guys will have my business moving forward. I did the iprecheck then whent Iin to look at some cars they ran my credit and told me I would have to put down 30-40% on a car. So if I was to get a 10000 dollar car they wanted me to put down 3000-4000 they ran my credit and told me I would have to put down 30-40% on a car. So if I was to get a 10000 dollar car they wanted me to put down 3000-4000 dollars or have a co signer for it. Some people don't have this and that tells me that their iprecheck is bs. Yes my credit is low but don't treat people that way. Now I have another hard inquiry on my.credit which makes it look even worse. Don't tell someone they are able to get a car then when they show up make them feel like crap cause of their credit score all car dealerships are the same scam artist at the best No one has called me in regards to this issue after speaking with people there on it. I highly do not recommend any one doing business with them More
