They tell you 60k miles warranty! But when you schedule for warranty work they keep your car all day and never call you . This morning I had a CONFIRMED 8:30am appointment, was told to make sure I had a ride back home as the “recall” on my dash display would take over 6+ hours to correct, as well as fix my sunroof that quit told to make sure I had a ride back home as the “recall” on my dash display would take over 6+ hours to correct, as well as fix my sunroof that quit working within 3 months of buying my brand new sorrento. 5:30pm I head in to pick up my car, only to find out NOBODY has even MOVED my car from the spot I parked it in, was told “the appointment confirmation doesn’t matter, that’s just getting your car on the books.” Absolutely not!! That is a COMMITMENT!! I took off work, had to find a ride TWICE up there and back, waste gas, just to be told they never even looked at my car today. Brought the manager out, he said “no rental cars, sorry about it, you can come back next Wednesday & plan for your car to stay 3-4 days.” 100% unprofessional and a complete slap in the face. They will sure take HUNDREDS of dollars from you to service your car, but come to a warranty issue, they don’t give a $hit about you. More

I must say my experience at Boomer Kia was great! I was in and out in a timely fashion and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Buyer be warned, this dealership is very dishonest and not transparent at all with their pricing. They had a Kia Carnival listed on their website with “Today’s Price” and the price was very fair. When I called on it, they said it wasn’t on their lot yet but should be there any day. I let them know that we definitely wanted it and would be paying cash. I clarified, “will this price change once the car is on the lot?” and they said “no, it shouldn’t.” Well guess what… the car came in, and the sales rep called to let me know and asked if I could come get it that day. I said that I absolutely could, but I was paying cash and needed to know the exact price with sale price, doc prep/dealer fees, etc. She immediately said “oh, you’re paying cash? Let me check on that price for you.” After we had already been talking for a week about this exact vehicle! She called me back and informed me that there would be a “market adjustment” on the vehicle, of $7,000. Plus the dealer fees. I literally thought she was joking. On a base model car that they had listed for $33,140 on their website as “Today’s Price”, they were asking over $40,000 plus dealer fees. It was borderline criminal and the absolute sketchiest encounter I’ve ever had with a dealership. When I let her know that they were losing a cash customer who was ready to buy same day, she just rushed me off the phone, off to call the next person on her list I’m sure. This is obviously a scam that they run and if you read the other reviews here, I’m not the only one who has fallen victim to this. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More

Beware of their MANDITORY $2,900 package that comes with all sales. They said this is what the tiny, blue checkmark means by all of their pricing. So the pricing you see online, add $2,900 to it. This package is made up of items that ALREADY come with your car like air in tires and full tank of gas. Plus, they are marking their prices up "expect to pay up to $10,00 more right now for a car", due to the supply chain issues. Ran my credit 3 times and wasted my time. I notified the Kia corporation, and they were not happy by the way I was treated. I walked out never to return. More
