Having been on the car hunt since January 2022, Paul Means and the Boomer Kia team stood out well beyond the rest as trustworthy, non-sleezy or shady and established themselves as a team I could depend on. When I first chose Paul as my salesperson, he was helping another customer who was purchasing the exact vehicle I wanted. Still, Paul gave me his time, and provided all the information I needed about when the next shipment might be in and really took note of my must-have list. Unfortunately for me, I nearly purchased another vehicle from a different dealership and came RUNNING BACK to Paul and Boomer Kia after that experience. When I returned, Paul had already assessed the lot for options within my budget and the entire team was happy to sell me my new, wonderful, amazing car instead of trying to force me into financing with them like so many other dealers in town had done. Boomer Kia and Paul provided a car-buying experience where I felt heard and like they truly wanted to earn my business (presently, and in the future). It only took a minute to confirm I wanted to move forward in the process and every step was clearly explained with detail. I held no question about any page of the documents I was signing or what was to come next in the process. Once Paul handed me off to finance, I worked with another fabulous team member who briefed me on every step of contacting my chosen/pre-approved bank for financing and what happens once I leave. During this time, multiple other team members came by to congratulate me on my purchase and check in on the process to make sure I didn't have any other questions. With the paperwork complete, I was able to go back the next day at my convenience to pick up my freshly detailed car. I continue to have ongoing updates with Paul. I love my vehicle. It runs reliably, and I’m exctied to engage with the service department to continue my Boomer Kia partnership. More

Paul helped me find a car that was in my budget and what I wanted! I got a 2023 Kia seltos and I’m in love! They were all super friendly and got us out of there as fast as they could, I normally hate how lo I wanted! I got a 2023 Kia seltos and I’m in love! If you're looking for an easy going laid back environment, these are your guys. They tell you 60k miles warranty! But when you schedule for warranty work they keep your car all day and never call you . This morning I had a CONFIRMED 8:30am appointment, was told to make sure I had a ride back home as the “recall” on my dash display would take over 6+ hours to correct, as well as fix my sunroof that quit told to make sure I had a ride back home as the “recall” on my dash display would take over 6+ hours to correct, as well as fix my sunroof that quit working within 3 months of buying my brand new sorrento. 5:30pm I head in to pick up my car, only to find out NOBODY has even MOVED my car from the spot I parked it in, was told “the appointment confirmation doesn’t matter, that’s just getting your car on the books.” Absolutely not!! That is a COMMITMENT!! I took off work, had to find a ride TWICE up there and back, waste gas, just to be told they never even looked at my car today. Brought the manager out, he said “no rental cars, sorry about it, you can come back next Wednesday & plan for your car to stay 3-4 days.” 100% unprofessional and a complete slap in the face. They will sure take HUNDREDS of dollars from you to service your car, but come to a warranty issue, they don’t give a $hit about you. More
