I had to reschedule my appointment from Friday to today. Call to verify and did not have an appointment schedule. Accolades to my girl Sandi I have bought two different Kia Souls from Boniface Hiers being completely satisfied with both the vehicles and the dealership. With the purchase of a new boat, I wanted to be able to tow it, which my last Soul did not have the capacity to accomplish. So, off I went to Boniface Hiers to purchase a suitable vehicle. A lovely lady by the name of Sandi Matkowski was to be my new sales rep and she proceeded to fix me up with a new Kia Sorento to meet my needs. As it turned out a few months later, the FWD Kia Sorento with the V6 engine did not have a high enough towing capacity since my boat’s weight needed the AWD Kia Sorento to pull my boat. Sandi, bless her heart, set off to fix me up with the AWD version of the Sorento that I liked so much. She spent two days trying to find one and put me into a great deal. There were none available in the state, and no matter how many extra hours and how hard Sandi worked, we could not come up with one. Sandi was bound and determined to fix the unfortunate situation of me not being able to tow my boat after she worked so diligently to make my experience a good one that she just would not give up. Sandi finally found a suitable vehicle that met all my needs and, with Chase , put together a deal that I was very satisfied with. I would highly recommend seeking out Sandi when you need a new vehicle, she will not quit until you are satisfied in all respects. More
