I am so disappointed and upset. This dealership has no honor in their customer service and honor. They said the 164 point inspection passed, She is now having a very costly issue with the vehicle (TWO OF THEM) what happened when she contacted them?? A big "F off" from their sales team. She is a single mom who recently lost her only means of transportation. She worked her butt off for the vehicle and I contributed to it as well. She makes very little money and took a loan out in order to afford the "reliable" vehicle for herself and her two small children. Now she is stuck with this vehicle and they are not helping. I have thousands of followers in my network on LinkedIn and Facebook. If this issue does not get resolved I will make sure none of them go to Kia of Melbourne. I am a part of numerous groups some of which I am board members for and everyone will know about this issue and they will not be making the same mistake as we did. More
