I traveled 5 hours from Jacksonville to purchase this car after agreeing on numbers over the phone. The Carfax that I received and signed showed that my vehicle had no prior accidents. I got curious about my cars value 5 days ago and decided to run another Carfax report on my car. Turns out my vehicle had a major accident reported to Carfax 3 months prior to me purchasing this car. Boniface counterfeited the Carfax report to show no accidents and no damage. I gave the franchise the opportunity to make this right. I called Michael on several occasions and got ignored. I am currently seeking legal assistance. I am also filing a complaint with my bank, contacting the BBB, and urging all my fellow hard working Americans to avoid getting scammed by these crooks. I also urge all former customers of the Boniface Hiers franchise to run a Carfax report as they may have been defrauded by this place as well More

My 86 year old Mother bought her last 2 cars from Boniface Heirs Kia. Her 2021 Kia Soul was spraying gasoline from the fuel line, so she and my brother took the car to the Boniface Hiers dealership e Boniface Heirs Kia. Her 2021 Kia Soul was spraying gasoline from the fuel line, so she and my brother took the car to the Boniface Hiers dealership expecting the part to be replaced under warranty and was told the fuel line was damaged and not covered. She was then given a quote for $1,200 to replace and also a bill for $200 for accessing. After refusing to accept that she somehow caused the pinhole in the fuel line, she went to another Kia dealership and had the fuel line replaced under warranty. No hassle, no accusations. Never again Boniface Hiers. :( More
