Various texts and calls on a Monday afternoon making an appointment for the next day concluding with a kind of snippy comment from the woman on the phone along the lines of "now you have made an appointment, WILL you be there?" I assure her I will and I get a text confirming the appointment. I arrive exactly on time Tuesday evening. Total confusion reigns but they find my appointment on the computer. Someone other than the woman with whom I'd been dealing comes to talk to me. He says, "well your appointment was for yesterday." It wasn't, as evidenced by the fact that they just found it on the computer. [And I could not have made a same-day appointment for that Monday, I had to work.] Fellow says, "well we can get the car but it is stored in the warehouse and it will take 90 minutes or so to get it so you'd have to wait" [So they hadn't brought it over for the appointment they claimed was the day before.] I'm not a fan of disorganization, but I know mistakes happen. What I despise is being lied to. We walked out and, since we were out and about, went to Largo Honda to see about driving some used Rav4s (my other choice). Long story short, got great customer service there, found and bought a car that evening from the other guys. More
