Absolutely horrible experience with Bomnin Chevrolet Homestead’s service department. Back in December, I took my vehicle in for service. We were told the necessary part would be ordered and that we w Homestead’s service department. Back in December, I took my vehicle in for service. We were told the necessary part would be ordered and that we would receive a call within 4–5 weeks. After waiting over 5 weeks with no update, my husband and I decided to call ourselves, only to find out the parts were NEVER ordered because the service advisor handling our case had apparently been fired. My husband then spoke directly with the service manager, who apologized, promised the parts would be ordered immediately, and assured us we would receive a call within another 4–5 weeks. It has now been FOUR MONTHS. Every single time we call, we get the same excuses: “We can’t find you in the system.” “The manager is unavailable.” “No one calls us back.” At this point, it feels like nobody there knows what they are doing or cares about their customers. The lack of communication, organization, and accountability is unbelievable. What makes this even worse is that we LEASE a vehicle from this dealership, yet this is how customers are treated after the sale. Horrible, horrible customer service. Extremely disappointing experience from beginning to end. We honestly don’t even know what else to do at this point. More
