Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I went to this dealership to ask about a used car that I had seen online. I was told by the salesman, Isaac, that it was in the body shop and would I went to this dealership to ask about a used car that I had seen online. I was told by the salesman, Isaac, that it was in the body shop and would be brought around. I asked why it was in the body shop as it had a clear Carfax report and he told me they were repainting the hood. Ok. For the next HOUR, my daughter and I sat there. I asked him for updates every 15 minutes or so and I was always told that the car was coming. The excuse was that there were several other cars blocking it (wherever it was) and that was taking some time. At one point, I was told it was 5 minutes away. After 15 minutes, I asked again, and Isaac said that the guy who was supposed to be be bringing the car must have been lying to him. REALLY???? He apologized but only once did he ever offer any explanation on the delay. I was always asking him. We left and went to another dealership (Ford/Nissan) about 2 miles up the road and drove home that day in a new Ford. So... they lost my business and everyone who I can tell about this experience. Isaac, pay attention to the customer who is sitting at your desk. You ignored a customer who had every intention of buying a vehicle that day. Was it because I am an older female? Was it because I had my teenage daughter with me? I was buying a car for her. Was it because we drove up in an older car? That's one of the reasons why my credit is so good. I drive an older car and I don't have payments, Bomnin Chevrolet missed out. Edit: We never saw the car we had come to look at. After an hour, we left and went to the other dealership up the road. A huge waste of our time. More
