Unpleasant Experience Came for 20k service and Service Writer pushed a hard upsell for me to pay $170 for a fuel stem cleaning. Car is still under warranty. Nowhere is this Came for 20k service and Service Writer pushed a hard upsell for me to pay $170 for a fuel stem cleaning. Car is still under warranty. Nowhere is this service listed in owners manual. Service Writer said that if I didn't get that service, I would have to pay $1200 to remove intake and clean carbon buildup. I declined this obvious scam and won't be going back there for any more services. More
