We looked at several other brands, trying to narrow down the selection process. We walked into the Bommarito St.Peters VW showroom and were greeted by a very enthusiastic young man, Reese. Also, was a beautiful RED vehicle, and I am not a RED type person! Reese, with no pressure, let us kick the tires, invited us to sit and enjoy the comfort of the vehicle, adjust the seating to our liking. Then he showed us several features of the 3rd row seating. Now, I’m not one to ride in the 3rd row, but I did get into the 3rd row; amazing comfort and ease of getting in and out of the vehicle. We explained we were narrowing the “possibilities”, and this was of interest. Reese offered us a test drive. Okay! We took it for a spin, took it home to make certain of garage clearance and returned the vehicle later in the day. We explained this was our first test drive of the narrowed field, and we still wanted to drive the competition. No pressure from Reese. He totally understood. We left and drove 2 competitor’s vehicles. Reese sent a You Tube video of the newest car to hit the lot, explaining the interior and safety features of the vehicle in greater detail. The following day we went back to Reese and purchased our new Atlas! Reese’s product knowledge is remarkable! Once the dotted line was signed, he spent 2 hours going over the vehicle with us, tuning it to our needs. Reese’s product knowledge was above our wildest expectations! Thanks Reese! Your nickname should be: Mr. Atlas! Adam Schmidt, in Finance, explained every detail about the sales contract. And it’s great that the “paperwork” was presented to us on a thumb drive, saving our trees! Also, Colin Smith in the Service Department was very helpful when ordering extra vehicle accessories! More

Thank you Reese, loving the new Atlas Cross Sport R-Line! I happened to catch a YouTube video of Reese showing a 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport R-Line that had just been delivered to the St Peters store. The Cross Sport R-line was just what I had been looking for and I made a trip to St Peters from Columbia the next day. Walking in, I was politely greeted at the door and asked to talk to Reese, who was already working with another customer. I was shown the customer lounge, offered coffee or water and pastries while I waited for Reese. Reese made a point to come out and introduce himself in the middle of working with another client and to see if there was anything I needed while I waited. Super polite, VERY easy to talk to, a true professional. After finishing with his clients, he came back to check with me and I told him I was here to see the new Cross Sport R-line because of his video he had posted. The Atlas had just been washed and PDI inspected a few minuted prior to me arriving. Reese brought it around for me to view, sat down with me inside to explain the features and asked me if I wanted to take a test drive. Explaining the route, he turned me loose to discover the car and features at my own pace. Fell in love with the vehicle and came back to make the easiest car trade I've ever done. I can't say enough good words on the fantastic service provided by Reese, and the whole team at Bommarito VW St Peters. I've done lots of car trades before, but Reese makes the whole process a breeze. He's my "go to guy" from now on. Absolutely recommend Reese, and Bommarito VW. Thank you!!! More

Best Experience Ever Just before Thanksgiving I was in an auto accident resulting in my car being totaled. I had known Reese Gayden for a few years and knew he sold cars but up to this point I had no need or desire to purchase a new vehicle. I went to Bommarito to see Reese about a new vehicle. This was the first time I've ever had an experience where I felt I wasn't being pushed to buy a car. I could easily have gone to any car dealer to buy my new car. Reese explained the entire process in detail and answered any question I had. Don't lose this guy. If the time comes I decide to buy another vehicle I'm going to find out where Reese is working (if he's not at Bommarito VW) and go there. More

I met Reese in Menard's parking lot about 5 weeks ago. I had been thinking about looking at an Atlas. He happened to be driving one that day and took the time to show and tell me all about it. I test drove one and he showed me another one that had everything we wanted. It was fresh of the delivery truck with only 4 miles on it. I called my wife Stephanie and 3 hours later they had it prepped and we drove away with it. I have bought a lot of cars this was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience and this Atlas is beyond our expectations! Even compared to a Mercedes Compressor we used to have. Come to find out a little later in the evening not to his or the dealership's fault he was the only salesman working that day due to one being on vacation and the other had gotten ill. I mention this because if it hadn't of came up in discussion you would have never known as Reese was easily able to multitask and give us the attention we desired. The experience was phenomenal, the staff was friendly, professional, respectful and extremely competent on the features and capabilities of the vehicle. He even stayed two and a half hours after closing to carefully walk us through the buying process and even clean the vehicle before we left that evening. More
