My experience was average. Price was ok. I had to wait for the F&I guy,even though I was writing a check on a credit union down the street. I felt rushed to sign a bunch of disclaimers and waivers... but for the F&I guy,even though I was writing a check on a credit union down the street. It was not an unpleasant experience, neither was it overwhelming. More

We had an great experience. I was really happy with the fact that I was able to take my time and make my decision without being high pressured at any time. I felt as though they had my best interest in mi fact that I was able to take my time and make my decision without being high pressured at any time. I felt as though they had my best interest in mind. Once the decision of which car was made, the rest was so easy and very quick. We have two little ones that were with us that evening and believe it or not, they were able to hang in there for the whole process. That's how easy it was. Would certainly recommend this dealership. Don pointed us in the right direction and let us have his inventory list and let us walk around. He ask us if we were interested in Infinity's. We told him that we could not afford an infinity much to our pleasure they had several in our price range. We test drove one and fell in love with it but were still on the fence another dealer had another car that we really liked so we took the infinity down to the other dealer to do a side by side comparsion. Still really a tough call so we walked to hear that dealer out further. Well after talking in more detail with Don Theole he showed us the differences and earned our business. We couldnt be happier with our new purchase and would buy from Bommarito(Don) again!!!! More

I purchased a 2007 Audi A4 from Bommarito Audi dealership in West County. I was pleased to find a very knowledgeable sales staff with Bill Coffey and Ed Claunch. Bill had done much of the leg work with me al in West County. I was pleased to find a very knowledgeable sales staff with Bill Coffey and Ed Claunch. Bill had done much of the leg work with me already via email presenting cars and advice along with warranty information. When I was finally able to go into the dealership Bill was with another customer and promptly found Ed to assist me in finding exactly what I wanted. Ed was very patient with me and answered every question I had and allowed me to view their entire inventory taking the time to answer every question I had about the car, and then some. We spoke in detail about price and when we finally agreed on price, warranty and everything else I was very pleased with what we had come to. My over all rating however has been somewhat tainted due to my experience after purchase. I took possession of the car before they had time to do a full detail for me. Which is not that big of a deal, I was told that I could bring the car back when ever I wanted and drop it off and get a loaner. I brought the car back in the next week and wanted to drop it off for my detail. However when I did the feeling I got seemed to be that I was inconveniencing the dealership. It took forever for them to get me a loaner car. As I was wondering around the showroom I happened to overhear someone saying that I was here to drop off the car and that I needed it to be done in a few hours and that they needed my loaner back ASAP. I just feel that the over all tone after the sale was one that I was inconveniencing them, when I was told that I could bring my A4 back in at any time to have it detailed. I never made any time specific deadline. All I wanted was the detail done and to be taken care of. In the end my initial experience was great, but after the sale I was less than impressed. I would still recommend Bommarito. My only suggestion to the dealership is to make sure that every sale is followed to the very end and to make that customers feel just as important after purchase as when they are purchasing; wether they bring their car in for maintenance or something as simple as a detail. We did not know exactly what we wanted when we arrived, but were pleased to have so many m salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Pat, our salesperson, asked questions about my driving history and experience. My husband had one particular model in mind, but that did not turn out to be my favorite. After test driving the car we thought we were interested in, Pat suggested we try an Infiniti G35. It was a match. Looks good and fun to drive. We really appreciated Pat's help. We made the deal without a lot of hassle, very important. I would definitley recommend Pat and Bommarito to our friends. More

It was a great total experience. High quality pre-owned car with a free extended warranty at an affordable price and friendly staff. What's not to like? I would highly recommend this dealership to others, but more specifically Mr. Johnson. He was an absolute "ignorant" car buyer's dream. I say that because I am the epitome of an ignorant car buyer who know more specifically Mr. Johnson. He was an absolute "ignorant" car buyer's dream. I say that because I am the epitome of an ignorant car buyer who know little to nothing about cars or the industry in general, but I was more than pleasantly surprised at how Craig handled me. Yes, I was in the market for a new vehicle; obviously because I was in the lot looking for one, but he never hounded me nor pressured me to look at this car or that car. He simply asked me if I had questions and left me alone to do my own investigations, but he was never too far away if I needed him. He let me test drive a car and didn't blink when I asked to drive it alone with my dad, so that we can really talk about the car instead of hearing all of the positives and sales pitches that other salespersons do. He trusted me, well maybe my dad... but that in itself spoke volumes of how I wanted- and needed- to be treated. He is an asset to the company and the reason why I would recommend this dealership to other people. More

My wife has been searching for a QX56 for quite some time. She always wanted a certain color...which is silver. Well just got back from looking at one on the way to a dept store. This dealership in St. Charles MO had one for sale but it was not the color she wanted. Afterward we got home and I did a quick search on line (auto-trader) we decided to call as the listing at the time did not have a picture. The place was Bommarito on Manchester and the pre-own sales person who picked up the telephone was Chad. He told my wife that it just came in on a trade and he has no information but would have to get back with the info when he gets a chance to get it. We figure that most sales would just write down our number and that was the end of it. He actually called back within 10 minutes and told us the info but there was another person that just called about the same Vehicle. We decided to just go and check it it knowing that the car may be sold by the time we got there. We live about 1hr hour away and when we got there we saw the couple who just test drove got out and decided to look at another one. Chad came out and asked if we wanted a test drive, and handed the keys. We took it for a spin and my wife fell in love with it. Long story short was the car still needed to be detailed, some minor adjustments, alignment issue, safety and etc...done before we could take it home. After all the paperwork, Chad mention before we pick it up in a couple days, he would have it detailed and all ready to go with a full tank of gas. Well before we took the vehicle home, my wife did a final inspection and there were some other stuff that came up and Chad went the extra mile to get them fixed before we left the lot. The only thing missing was the manual and headphones were mssing for the DVD but he told us that it will be on order and would be a week before we get it as he will be out that weekend. Somehow later that day he called back and told my wife that the items that were missing are here. Not sure if he had a magic wand but he delivered and promise just like he say he would. I think chad has gone the extra mile for us and if I could have rated him a number it would have been 125% as he went above and beyond to get what we needed in a timely fashion and the final thing is my wife was happy and got her vehicle she been looking for. I must say again that my experience at Bommarito was an experience that I will never forget. Because of this great experience I am looking at maybe getting a G35 next for myself LOL, Well that is if Chad is willing to find one for me. I highly recommend this dealership from the finance dept, to pre own sales force they are a bunch of great folks to deal with. I can't say about the service dept until it is due for maintenance, but I bet they are awesome like everyone else there. More
