I was reluctant to purchase a car since our current situation requires a low price, low mileage, safety, agreeable loan terms and a great deal of assistance in locating a well-suited car (promptly) as situation requires a low price, low mileage, safety, agreeable loan terms and a great deal of assistance in locating a well-suited car (promptly) as we juggle an infant, opposite work schedules and only one of us having the ability to drive the manual at home. The task seemed insurmountable. However, thanks to Scott and Bernie at Bommarito West County, we not only received all of the above within a ten-hour period, but we drove off the lot with a Mercedes-Benz, which was made more affordable than any other lesser car I've driven previously. We received the honesty, open communication and fairness you can only hope to receive when making a large purchase; but, more than that, we received kindness from both Scott and Bernie. Scott made himself available around our hectic schedules; and Bernie fought for us to receive a good rate for our loan. We couldn't be more thankful for their help. I must say again that my experience at Bommarito on February 24, 2010 was a experience that I will never forget. I was without a vehicle due to my car being totaled in December 2009. Travis was the one who drove us to Bommarito from O'Fallon, IL on that night. Travis had talked to Paul on the phone a few times. When we arrived, very close to 9:00 p.m., Paul came out and greeted us. There was one car we had in mind; but I didn't purchase that one. Paul then mentioned two other cars and one of them was the 2004 Toyota Corolla. That is the one that was droved off the car lot that night. Paul told us that things can be worked out and it was. After talking and dealing with Bryan, I must say Paul and Bryan know what they are doing. I am so delighted to have visited Bommarito on that night. I think that was my first time being out that way. I am very, very, very satisfied with the deal, the payments, and best of all my 2004 Toyota Corolla. Keep Up The Great Works!!!! We had an excellent experience at Bommarito West County. We live about 150 miles from the dealership, but they had the car we wanted for a great price. I was afraid they would make us fend for ourselves due to the low margin they were going to make off of this car, but they had the car prepped, full of gas, and parked in front of the showroom. It was very busy that Saturday, so we pulled up, he met us at the car, handed us the keys, and told us to have a nice drive. Again, it was very busy that day (I though dealerships were dead these days), so we did have to wait for the F&I guy for a while. But, they had coffee, the Olympics on the TV, and eventually even gave us some of their left-over pizza from their lunch (yummy!) The F&I guy was great and didn't make us uncomfortable at all. We noticed a high-pitch whistle on the way home (bummer). When I drove the car to work on Monday, I also noticed a serious vibration at 40 MPH that we did not notice playing around on Ellisville's curvy back roads (double bummer). Well, I am not one for conflict but we need to get these things fixed before we could drive the car regularly. I sent an email to Bommarito's customer service representative from work, and explained the situation. Our salesman called me and helped me set up a time to have it worked on. He explained to the service representative that we would need the car repaired before the shop closed so we could make it back home. My wife took the car up and the maintenance department fixed the whistle and the vibration in one afternoon....no charge! I can't recommend this dealership enough. More
