This dealership was the only one of many I would consider to be the best. Excellent, salesmanship and Chad Hoots could be my friend the way we spoke of more than just cars! As well as the fiance person where you are so comfortable sitting in his office. I know the effort that it took to get me a loan. It was not easy however, they made it happen. When I was told I got my Mazda Miata I was stunned. Every person I came in contact with was just as friendly and professional. Their dealership was one of the most cleanest among many I have seen. There was plenty of reading material and they have this outlandish coffee brewing machine. I felt like I was at Starbucks. The waiting time was very little and went by fast when you have the immunities to keep a person busy. One thing that this dealership did that was outstanding was have a taxi come to my home in Desloge MO over 80 miles away to pick me up and transport me to them. They treated me as if I were a family member to take the time and work with me and my needs. On any recommendation of a scale from 1-10 I rate this company a 10+. As a consumer I would tell you that you will make the best decision if you visit this dealership. More

Great experience! I bought a preowned car from them a week ago and I am loving it so far. I am young, but I do buy a car usually every year and sometimes dealers dont always take me seriously, but Craig week ago and I am loving it so far. He let me take the car home for the day before I bought it so I could show my family, which was very nice. After I bought the car I had to take it back right away so they could fix the windsheild washer fluid pump for me free of charge and they gave me a free rental car to take home. I do need to take it back again for them to fix the lumbar support button on my seat but they are waiting for the parts. Also the free key replacement program and the door ding program sound very nice, however havent tried to use them yet. More

The sales team was very helpful, patient and courteous during my purchase experience. They spent a sigificant amount of time in helping me to select a vehicle, letting me test drive cars under considerati during my purchase experience. Other sales people pitched in to help, even pointing out a car that had just been traded in for my consideration. I spent a total of 10 hours over two days selecting a vehicle, test driving several cars and negotiating the final price - never once did I feel pressured to make a decision or any sense of impatience with my deliberate process of choosing the right car for me. I whole-heartedly recommend the Bommorito dealership and sales representative, Jamie Sorrentino! I came into the dealership hoping that the car I had seen on the Bommarito web site would be as perfect fo sales representative, Jamie Sorrentino! I came into the dealership hoping that the car I had seen on the Bommarito web site would be as perfect for meeting my need for a great used car as I thought it would be - and the car exceeded my expectations, as did the service. (I really appreciated the ability to see photos and a description of the car with price included on the web site. This saved hours of time on the phone and driving around St. Louis County.) My great 1997 Infiniti I30 had been rear-ended and totaled by the other driver's insurance company. I'm happy to say that there were no injuries in the accident for either party, and I felt so protected in that solid, sturdy Infiniti, but I was so discouraged about being able to find another car of that same quality (and my car was paid for). Because the car was older however, the other driver's insurance company decided to total it rather than pay for repairing it. While I was very grateful for the quick settlement of the claim, it was a daunting task to try to quickly find a replacement car. I needed a really great car, at a great price, and quickly (the rental car that was provided by the insurance company was only good for 5 days after they make a settlement offer, and I was down to the last 2 days). When I arrived at the dealership, sales representative Jamie Sorrentino was so kind, helpful, and professional. (As was the financial representative I spoke with later that same evening when making the deposit to purchase the car.) The car I had seen on the Bommarito web site, a 1997 Infiniti I30, was in excellent condition and was so identical to my other car: same year, same quality I had come to know and expect from the Infiniti brand, same beautiful, perfect leather and electronic interior features, that except for being a different color, having new tires, and fewer miles than the car which had been totaled, from where I now sit as its driver, it appears as though there was never any accident! Finding such a high-quality used Infiniti within my price range, and the kind, helpfulness of sales rep, Jamie, helped turn what had been a terrible and discouraging ordeal into a smooth and seamless process of owning an even better car. In addition, I was so glad to be able to replace my car with the exact same car at the fair market price: the amount of the insurance settlement. In conclusion, I highly recommend this dealership and their caring, helpful sales staff. I am very, very grateful for both! More

Bommarito had exactly the used car that I wanted and it was GMC certified, which means that it was a quaility used car that had been inspected by their certified service center and serviced, if needed. Original Review: My experience buying a car at Bommarito of West County has been a complete nightmare. I would NOT recommend them! Specifically, having to deal with Scott Berry and the Service manager, Pat Roberts, have concluded with a completely unsatisfactory result. We purchased a car, which was still under warranty. Within the first two weeks we were having trouble with the steering and a rattling sound from the engine. I took it in to get serviced, and upon check-in, the technician noticed a bump in the tire. After the service was completed for the steering and engine, they said the tire needed replaced and they offered to fix it for an additional $200. They also claimed that the wheel was affected and that it had to have been hit on a curb or a big pot hole to have that kind of damage. I had driven the whole two weeks and had not encountered either of these events. After expressing this, they basically told me I was not telling the truth, and were not going to cover the repair. When I asked to speak with someone that might be able to help resolve this situation, I was told there was no one else. Extremely poor customer service. More

I am very thankful that Bommarito maintains their web site with the cars that are available. I did all my research online prior to going to the dealership. I had 3 different cars at 3 dealerships that site with the cars that are available. I did all my research online prior to going to the dealership. I had 3 different cars at 3 dealerships that I wanted to look at. I stopped at Bommarito first test drove the HHR that I wanted to. I really liked the car it was very clean but the AC fan did not work. Don assured me it would be fixed right away. I told him I had a couple more cars to look at. There was no pressure to buy, Don gave me a couple of business cards and said to call if I wanted the car. After looking at the other cars there was no comparison with the deal was available at Bommarito. I secured the car with Don and when the AC was repaired I went back and went thru finance. I was out of there in less than 3 hours. My last car purchase at a different dealership was agonizing and took for ever. I left Bommarito feeling great about the car I purchased.
