Started with an awkward sale since a car listed online wasn’t on the lot. More on that later. Service has been awful. Multiple trips for tires losing air and the 20,000 mile service. Ended up taking the car to another shop to complete the tire service. We were charged for an oil change that I am still not sure ever happened. The reason I’m not sure is when I got the car back the oil level indicated low oil and the service light was still on. We were reimbursed for the oil change when we brought up 20,000 mile service is free through Audi care, we brought the car back to actually do the 20,000 mile service and look at the tires since the brand new tires weren’t holding air. The only thing I do know is they did at least top off the oil and reset the service light. The tire light came back on the next morning. During conversation with the service director they mentioned they weren’t actually ever suppose to sell us this car as the reason it wasn’t on the lot at purchase was the owners son had it and when he gets a car it’s gone for a year and not for sale. Well you did sell us the car. After a lot of excuses of sensors or temperature change I brought the car to another shop to remove and remount the tires and have had no issues for almost two weeks. Simply DON'T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. Horrible experience. They sell you warranty that don't even exist. My car was at the dealership for 3 months. Do not go here. This place is horrible. They sold me a used vehicle with 38k mile on it when my other car was totaled. In apx 6 months I had to pay to fix an antifreeze leak that despite the fact it shou used vehicle with 38k mile on it when my other car was totaled. In apx 6 months I had to pay to fix an antifreeze leak that despite the fact it should of been under warranty still. So I bought a car and 6months later had to pay 13-1400 for repair! This is not to mention how negligent the sales person was with me in saying he would get it covered by warranty and would speak to a manager. This went on for a few months!!! He ultimately told me I should call AUDI and lie to them and say I never spoke to dealer! Furthermore- I realized after taking my car to a different dealer that the car never had the 40000 service on it. So basically in addition to the antifreeze leak it needed another 1000 of work basically when I bought it. I have never had service so bad especially for something you should get top tier service with. More
I had a very bad experience there. The salesman I initially dealt with was Bob. I negotiated the price with him. I explicitly mentioned “out the door price” and “including fees and taxes” and he agre initially dealt with was Bob. I negotiated the price with him. Since we agreed on a price and I found the car I wanted, I got on a plane the following day to check it out and purchase the vehicle. However, when they finally got me to financing, the lady told me I had to pay taxes on the vehicle. I was very confused. Bob wasn’t in that day, so they called him up to confirm this. Bob completely denied what I said. I decided to leave the dealership that day. The next day, Bob followed up with me over the phone. He finally asked me if I was still interested in the car. I said I didn’t know and I was leaving my options open for now. Following that, this is what he said almost verbatim “Let me answer that question for you. The answer is no. That’s because I don’t want to work with people like you. People that are indecisive.” I didn’t let his demeaning tone get in the way of me buying that car. When I went back to the dealership that day, apparently Bob was too busy with other customers and had Woody finish me up. Bob came over in between the process and pretended like the conversation we had over the phone didn’t happen (much like the price we agreed to over the phone). I didn’t even get an apology from him. I never did anything to this man to warrant such a nasty and condescending treatment. Also, I’m African-American. I’m not sure if there was any racial motive involved because he didn’t want to personally do business with me. Even if I had mentioned my experience with his superiors, I’m sure his workplace would side with him much like when they denied the price I had negotiated with Bob. I’ve had many people tell me to share my experience because they were just as baffled as I was with this person’s behavior towards a customer. Please let us know your experience in case there is a pattern of racial motive behind running their business. More
I would give zero stars if I could!! Made a reservation to test drive a car. After taking a day off work and a two hour drive, we were told it would not be available until the next day. Had an absolute joy of a buying experience with Audi of West County and Booker Wade. Booker was so professional, knowledgeable, polite, and an absolute joy to work with. I drove from Columbia and had my ey West County and Booker Wade. Booker was so professional, knowledgeable, polite, and an absolute joy to work with. I drove from Columbia and had my eye on a Navarra blue Q5 on their website but it sold the night before. No problem, Booker checked their inventory and showed me what was in stock. Low and behold, there was a 2021 Q5 in white with Atlas beige leather right on the showroom that I loved at first sight. The whole process was painless, and actually fun. Booker, you have my business. Thank you, and the whole staff at Bommarito West County Audi. I love my new Q5, and I'll be back for my next Audi. Thank you!! More

Makes me wonder after the car had new tires on....why didn't they fix the breaks back then 🤔. And what else do they try to get by on a used car they bought at a auction with only 2 prior services done.... Nobody told me about. Fishy ....don't trust them and will never buy another car there.
