Had an excellent experience at the West County dealership in purchasing a new 2010 Audi A4. Communication is excellent, with frequent updates by email regarding changes in delivery dates. Pricewise, I was offered 1% over invoice as the initial offer, which was excellent given the time I ordered the car (just a couple months after it was offered to the US customer base). No experience with the service department yet though. I think we (people in the STL area) are lucky to have several good Audi dealerships here, but I would go back to BIll in a heartbeat. More
