Regardless their worksheet shows the the outer tire rod ends and front rooters had been replaced on the vehicle. Not recommended to drive the vehicle ,but was advised by mechanic you can temporarily drive a vehicle at low speeds and for short trips with one missing wheel stud. But not advised if more than two studs are broken. Getting the repairs done. Dealer after they get the sale say nothing we can do. However little different tune when they say we will make it right. I have purchased two cars from them. This is my last purchase. Also saw another review from a customer that had to replace same part. More
I tried to purchase a used car after finding it on trucar. I was connected and worked through pricing and financing with them Verse my credit union. I was contacted by sales manager Tom Wilkerson who was less then pleasant and told me that I had to purchase car which would mean I would have to drive 2 1/2 hours and it was 3 and the close at 6. They started the sale before I was able to respond to them that I was going to purchase car. I was told that I took too long to answer (Less than 20 min). I was also told that the person in “the house” gets the sale. I have never heard of such shady business in my life. Don’t waste use time with them. There are several other dealerships to go to. More

I should have known better and requested that a detailed work order be created that included the Sales and Collision Shop Manager's signatures. Went round and round, but they agreed to fix it at cost. Better than nothing I thought. Next obstacle, "we can't give you a loaner for the 3 days it will take to fix it." Wow - I just purchased a car from them, that I'm sure they made a decent margin on, but they couldn't step up and get me in a loaner! Emailed the GM, still no response. Short-sighted thinking on their part for sure. They lost any future car business, the protection plan I purchased, and any future service work! Do yourself a favor, purchase your Audi from one of the other dealerships in town! More
Worst experience ever buying a vehicle. Drove 5 hours one way to purchase a vehicle only to have them sell it. Spoke too Mike and Kevin for two days. They knew I was in route to see the car. TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARMTNE I am not one to write or comment on reviews, in fact this is only the 2nd time i have done so. however my experience with Dan Schultz in the service I am not one to write or comment on reviews, in fact this is only the 2nd time i have done so. however my experience with Dan Schultz in the service department was so bad, i had to take the time to share my experience. Hopefully Vince gets word of this. The service department misdiagnosed a problem multiple times and then when i agreed to repair the car and the vehicle was in their service department, I was contacted with additional problems at almost twice the original amount. I would not trust Bommarito Audi to diagnose a problem with my Schwinn bicycle, much less what is supposed to be a high end A4. i have lots of friends out in the west county area and i am going to spread the word of buyer beware with this dealership and their service department. I will never again consider them for any auto purchase or repair. i am only giving them a one star because i could not figure out how to give them zero stars. Dave- Ellisville MO More

After we agreed on the price, I gave Scott a list of a few detail items to handle on the Porsche before my pick up day. Scott did a super job on these detail items . After a few days of driving the Porsche I notice the wiper blades were torn . One e mail to Scott he had the Audi parts department order in a new set of wiper blades for me . Nice job Scott !! More
Audi West County - Booker Wade Bought a 2017 Audi Q7 Prestige from Booker Wade. I bought the car while in Nevada (they arranged delivery) and has been very specific with Booker about making sure that any and all issues were disclosed since I could not drive it. There were some small cosmetic issues which he disclosed and which is to be expected on a used car. No issues there. However, when the car was delivered there we multiple sensor issues, of which included parking and an error for the cruise control which didn't work. Moreover, he delivered the car with only three mats, claiming that he had "made sure that all mats were in the car" before it left. Hopefully the sensor can be fixed via the manufacturer's warranty and it'll only cost me time. Although the mat is small item at the end of the day, it's just really disappointing that in the one area that they can make a difference they've told me to "take a hike". I'm left to believe that somewhere in transit the one mat went missing...oh yeah, and that's my problem. Booker assured me that the way he and Audi West County does business is to make sure his customer are happy - they really missed an opportunity this time. More

I located the only 2018 Audi A8 available across the U.S. I live in Maryland and shopping from over 900 miles away, Nathan covered every detail, sending pictures, describing every step in the process and turning a very tense situation into a welcoming and comfortable event. Purchasing a vehicle over the internet at such a long distance was not something I thought I would ever do, but Nathan was 1 in a 1,000,000, that could orchestrate such a transaction and in a first class manner. Picked me up at the airport and went through the entire transaction process within 2 hours. I would definitely do it all over again with such a competent salesman, off the charts! More

Matt McManus was different, he respected my approach was pleasant, affable and easy to work with all the way. Even the finance guy took a minimal approach. All in all easily the best auto transaction i ever had. More

Howard walked me over to the car I inquired about and sat inside with me, giving me the rundown on all the available features it had, and how they worked. We then went on a (10-15 minute) drive, with varying speeds and some nice turns. I felt like he really wanted to let me get a feel for the car. I liked the car, but that particular one was not for me. Call me picky. I then began inquiring about other S3's they had on the lot. It was raining, and a bit chilly. Howard showed me every S3 they had, opened them up, let me sit inside them, and ultimately let me drive one that I found and truly liked. Howard never complained and was happy to help even though I had him running all over the place. When it finally came time to buy, look, I'll be straight - do your homework and know what your car is worth if you want to trade it in, and what kind of deal people are getting on the car you want. Come prepared. This is a business, they are here to sell cars, and you are there to buy. Don't come expecting miracles, you don't have to buy anything if you don't want. If the deal is right for you, make it. Bommarito was not the first Audi dealer I'd been to over the past couple of weeks, but it was certainly the last. Jay Poplawski (the sales manager) told me they would beat any other deal I'd been offered and they did. It was honestly a pretty painless process. If I decide that I want to stay in an Audi in the future, this will be the first place I visit. These guys, Jay and Howard, did a great job of taking care of me during the whole process. I have personally recommended them to some potential future customers. For reference, this is the second car I have purchased from the Bommarito group, and my first from Audi West County. More
