I brought truck in for regular maintenance- oil, coolant flush and during coolant flush a sensor got dislodged. They could not retrieve it so said I should pay for the part $300 + and the dealer would cove flush and during coolant flush a sensor got dislodged. I brought in my 2020 Ram (Limited) due to several warning messages indicating that my rear suspension and multiple messages stating needs service. I brought the vehicle in Friday (29 July) for services. I was told that it will take 72 hours for the services to be completed. No one called to provide vehicle repair update (courtesy call). In the meantime, I received a call on Sat (30 June) if I was interested in trade in. I blew a cap after receiving that call. I figure the phone call was related to the vehicle repair and not trade in. I decided to call Monday (Aug 1) since I have not received a courtesy call from Boerne Dodge, learning that my vehicle has a module problem and that the no one has a clue how long b4 a replacement module will become available and/or completion of vehicle repair. I'm paying uber for pickup/return home in the absence of a loaner vehicle. I am a disabled veteran, who highly depends on the reliability of the RAM Limited vehicle to take me to work and weekly medical appointments due to my combat wounds. I Spent a lot of money on a RAM to find out that there are no loaners for customers when vehicles are in for service and unavailable parts on hand. Boerne Dodge does not keep repair bench stock parts available or conducts repair parts demand analysis avoiding long term vehicle repair and leaving customer stranded w/o a vehicle. Not a very good customer approach leaving customers stranded. In addition, I’m totally dissatisfied with Boerne RAM servicing and how customers are being treated. I called and got an appointment in days not 3- weeks . I got a call back what needed to be repaired the next day . The repair was done quickly after the parts arrived at dealer . I am very satisfied.
