Bought a new truck 3 weeks ago and my trade in is still not paid off. When I try to call the finance department, they never call back and are unavailable. My payment for the trade is now showing overdue. Where is the urgency and good service? Now my credit score might take a hit because of lack of urgency to pay off my trade in.
