Let your customer know that the brand new vehicle actually has 1800 miles on it and has been sitting on your lot for four months the first thing instead of at the end of signing all the paperwork in the business meeting. Almost walked out a second time. I told this to your sales person and your business representative. But in the end, it’s all good.
