Been a Nissan driver for years, was pretty sold on continuing with Nissan but with better overall reviews and the low pressure sale, I bought here. So far they have been great with things. He said his car was below market price, I asked for a Blue Book proof and it was a whopping $7.00 dls below, so I said thank you, and was about to leave, when he asked me a reasonable price for the car, I said 16k which was about what I had researched, when I was about to stand up he shouted that If I wanted a car without an engine he could sell it to me at that price. I was really insulted and disappointed of his attitude so I went to Courtesy Chevrolet and they treated us like a family, they got us a better car, a better price and better deal. More
Made up for the first issue. First visit had issues and was not pleased. They contacted me and have shown they do care about client service. Watch out for the "Best price Guaranty" This Guaranty does not mean you can't find a discounted Vehicle at a different dealer you often can and Bob Stall will not match there price. I found the same 2016 Silverado diesel at Courtesy Chevrolet with the same options for $2500.00 less the day after I bought my truck and was told that vehicle had factory discounts on it and they could not match that price. (So much for the best price guaranty) Before you buy contact Courtesy's internet department,you'll be glad you did. More

They game me the Run around and when I finally came to pick up my Car I had different Rims other then the ones I paid for and specified. They will do you any kind of way. No Integrety, Honesty, or Good Customer Service that that won award for in 2015. I think they Got the big head and do me any kind of way! If I could give them no stars I would I made an appointment with the service department to have my vehicle looked at since we have been having problems with our air conditioning and defros I made an appointment with the service department to have my vehicle looked at since we have been having problems with our air conditioning and defroster not blowing properly. We have had the blower motor and the resistor changed out multiple times and our mechanic said it looks like we have a short so we need to take it in to someone who works in electrical to get it fixed. When I dropped of my vehicle at eight this morning I was 20 to 30 mins early for my appointment. I was greeted by rose and after taking my info she offered to have the courtesy shuttle drive me home. I was told it probably would be early afternoon before they actually had run the diagnostic test and figured out what was wrong. Rose asked me not to call her she would call me once she knew what repairs the truck needed. At 4 p.m. I called her since I hadn't heard from her all day I explained to the man who answered the phone that I had dropped my truck off this morning and hadn't heard anything he told me that it looked like the diagnostic hadn't been done and he would have rose call me back when she was done assisting the customer she was helping. When she asked if she could keep the truck overnight and I explained to her I needed it back since I have kids I have to drive to school. Rose said she was going to head out to the bay to talk to the mechanic and find out if he had run the diagnostic yet and found what the issue was and she would call me back in five mins. At this point my husband and I headed over towards the dealership from our home in san diego. Fifteen mins later a block and a half away from the dealership rose called me back she said that the mechanic hadn't run the diagnostic yet and that I could take it home and bring it back in the morning and it would be worked on first thing. At this point i let her know we were on our way in and i would see her soon. When we got to there she explained that sometimes repairs take time to diagnose and my husband at that point pointed out that they hadn't even started to try to diagnose the problem. I told her they had our vehicle for eight hours and I had an early morning appointment with them and that they hadn't done anything and this just wasn't okay. I asked what if I had chosen to stay until I found out what was wrong with it and how long it would take to fix. Her answer was we wouldn't have let you we would insisted on giving you a ride. At that point I informed her that she had turned two loyal chevy customers away from chevy and that I wasn't going to bring it back to them in the morning since I had already given them a whole day and they hadn't done anything I wasn't going to waste any more of my time on a dealership that doesn't see the importance of ensuring timely service. Every other chevy dealership I have ever gone to ensures when you have an appointment that they see your car on that day and diagnose what is wrong with it. My husband and I have had chevy's since 2001 and we have always had great service and never been treated like we were today. So to sum it all up don't take your vehicle here unless 1. when dropping it off you want to be told don't call us we will call you 2. all day wait with no word and no one even looks at your vehicle 3. you aren't allowed to stay and wait to find out what is wrong with your vehicle 4. Cannot run a diagnostic in a Timely Manner 5. Service Representative Rose doesn't care if you are helped in a timely manner and cannot understand the meaning of the word Appointment. More

We met with him twice so that my wife could also view this car and then he helped me track a car they had in transit and notified me the day it arrived. During all this he was very knowledegable about the car itself and Chevrolet's status codes. During the negotiations he did all he could to represent my position to the sales manager and I felt I was treated very well by both. This is a model that is in very short supply and they still negotiated in good faith and I got the deal I wanted. The car buying process was fun and I enjoyed everyone at the dealership. More
During our two day car-shopping marathon, this dealer was the most pleasant to work with. Gus was very low pressure out in the lot, showed us cars that fit what we were looking for and let us drive them with the most pleasant to work with. He called us the next morning to let us know he checked what else they had in stock, and once we were negotiating a deal he really did work hard to make it a good deal for us. He saw what was troubling us and went out of his way to make everything very easy and convenient for us. We didn't end up buying here due to extenuating circumstances, but if it hadn't been for them, we definitely would have. So go and make it up to Gus by shopping here, these guys go out of their way for you, and their prices are pretty good. More
